Stopped working after 1 month.
Worked amazing for the first month, then after playing it like 12 times I tried to plug it in and nothing responds. Light doesn't respond, windows doesn't recognize and neither does Xbox. Ordered a new power supply and that didn't fix it either. I now have a $300 doorstop with shifter.EDIT: Gladly, Logitech's great customer service has approved a replacement to send me! Very quick and helpful. Thanks a bunch!

Stopped working *updated review*
The left ear bud stopped working after 2.5 months. Time to return has expired. I would not recommend.Company reached out to me after my review and mailed me a new set of earbuds. Great customer service.

Stopped working after 6 months
Ordered the monitor 6 months ago and it no longer will charge. The cord it came with stopped working about 2 months ago but even the new cord won’t charge it (tried 2 others). And the screen shakes & flashes when turned on. Need to buy a new monitor againUpdate: emailed the company about the monitor issue & they’re sending a replacement. Changed my review to 5 stars (as long as this new monitor works!)

Stopped Working after 1.5 years
I purchased your UBeesize 10’’ Selfie Ring Light with Stand and Phone holder on Mar 17 2021. Not high quality, but it’s been working fine for what I need until recently - now the light just flashes when I turn it on. I believe is a problem with the power cable - I’ve tried plugging in a power cable for something else and the light will turn on, but has a slight flicker. Will see if customer support helps me out.*Update: I contacted customer support and they were quick to respond. Sent me a new power cable, needing only a confirmation of purchase and video documenting the problem from me first. The cable arrived quickly and the light is working fine once again. Very happy!
