Left earbud completely dead
I just received these and extremely disappointed with them I have purchased Tozo in the past and they work pretty well. Now with these the left side earbud is completely dead even at 100% charged and yes I do make sure both earbuds on still no sound at all. I would not recommend this product and will be asking for a refund!

Great monitor; very happy
The media could not be loaded.

We've been completely happy with this monitor and haven't had any issues with it even though the nursery is upstairs and our bedroom is downstairs. The night mode is super clear, audio quality and volume control have been great, and you can control the camera view and angle from the monitor. We've never had an issue with battery life and typically use it from 9pm-7am continuously. The monitor can be paired to multiple cameras, but we don't really have a need for that at the moment. You can also talk through the monitor and play a selection of lullabies or white noise. Highly recommend!

Above average overall score…
I’ve owned several security cameras. Here are my thoughts on this one…The good:- Above average day and night time vision- Very good distance vision- Two-way audio- Good value for its price pointThe bad:- Very short power cable- below average tracking- Set up is quite cumbersomeIf you can get past the setup you’ll be happy with this device. The overall picture quality is great, almost perfect. Overall the unit is built well and seems like it will hold up favorably to the outdoor environment. I consider it a good decision if it lasts over two years so hopefully this one will make it.

PICKS UP WI FI AT A GOOD DISTANCE AND CLEAR PICTUR
The reviews stated it was easy to set up and I had to agree. I had them up and running in no time and was amazed at the clarity and settings for each camera. I purchased these to observe our second home from 6 states away and they picked up Wi Fi on the property for quite some distance. I've done a little tweaking to the sensitivity and length of video clips since returning to our home. My best friend is buying a set for her home after seeing my cameras. I added on the Plus subscription plan, sure is a lot cheaper than paying for a security system. Love that they keep the prices low, hope they will continue to do this.

Good blend of features - almost perfect
Purchased two Arlo wireless cameras during some black friday sales and have been trying them out.The PROs:-Wireless - this is a big one and is amazing. However, know that some of the CONs are a direct result of them being wireless. You kind of have to weigh your options - some of the wired cameras (even those from Arlo) may be superior if you can run wires.-Good video quality - I have been impressed by the quality of the view during daylight and night vision. Expect about 10 feet of visibility at night (in terms of seeing someone's face - you'll be able to see further)-Price - these are priced competitively.-No need for a plan - the free version is more that sufficient for my uses. You can download anything locally if you want to keep something for longer, so the 7 days is more than enough.-Push notifications are fast - if you have motion activation enabled, I find that it is very fast to notify my phone. I can take out the trash and get notified before I make it to the trash can (2-3 seconds).-I have not experienced any issues with it missing the first few seconds in recording after being triggered on by motion activity. Some on Amazon reported this, but for me it has been almost instant, with maybe a second delay. This was my biggest concern and is a non-issue for me (maybe a firmware update along the way solved this). The CONs:Again, MOST of these are a direct result of having a wireless camera. Still, it is worth knowing the faults:-No "fencing" of motion activity - some cameras allow you to say, "only trigger motion activity if there is motion in this area". The fact that these cameras are wireless and battery powered, this more power intensive feature does not exist.-A hub is necessary - I wish that we didn't have to have a base station for this. Yes, even if you have smartthings or a smart home, you will need a hub. I am guessing (?) that these communicate over RF and not WiFi and that is why the base is necessary (my theory, at least).-Live viewing the cameras isn't instant - from the Android app or the website, there is definitely about a 5 second lag time. This is annoying when someone is on the porch and you are trying to see who is ringing your doorbell. I suspect, this might be because the camera is recording and having trouble doing both live view and recording, although that is just my guess. A few times, viewing the camera live has error-ed out completely and I've had to restart the app (maybe an Android specific issue).-Battery life is limited - 4-6 months is what I heard, although for my purposes (about 1 minute of recording a day), it looks like it will be on the lower end of that with 4 months. A firmware upgrade out of box stole about ~8% of my total life.-If you mount this outside, it CAN be stolen with ease. The base it comes with is not good for mounting outside, it is just a magnet, albeit a strong one. The official (or even unofficial) mounts are just camera tripod mounts, so the camera could be unscrewed with ease if it is reachable. Hopefully this never happens, but just know it is possible if your camera is outside and not out of reach.Overall - I really like the camera. I bought two and decided I wouldn't take the second one out of the package until I decided I liked the first one, and I am keeping both. These are priced right where I'd say they belong - anything more and they might not be worth it. If you are able to run wires, I would suggest going wired, as almost all the cons I have experienced are due to the wireless capability.

Great Quality-Great Price- 5 Stars
I'm really happy with this camera right now. I've been through four other similar security cameras in this price range and sent them back for various reasons. Either they broke down, the quality was bad or they wouldn't stay connected to a router 15 ft away.Another BIG plus for me was not requiring some unknown Cloud Service in order to operate all the recording functions. All the video and photos can be directly recorded to the on board memory.Great Quality - Great Price- Thoughtful respect for customer privacy. I"II update more on reliability and operating in a Colorado winter in a few months.I'd highly recommend.

Seems Like a Lot for the Money
Seems like a good value for the money considering all you get; but the one I received did not work. Returned it and tried another one. I was able to find a place on my electric bike to mount it. Price wise, this is more than adequate for what I need it for.Aug. 6, 2022- They were on sale, so I bought 3 more. The long story is the scooter people wouldn't ship me just one more, so "naturally" I bought two.. Can't let them sit around w/o cameras on them. Also I bought the extra one because I needed mulligan on one of the mount parts; and since I'm getting like 4 cameras for the price of a higher end one, it's good to have the extra wires & parts around. The sad part of the story is all the strange people who are inconsiderate or just down right crazy behind the wheel. This is an entire topic of its own. I'm a lifelong non cell phone user. Another reason I like these cameras is they don't emit wireless signal at all. I have a meter & I test everything I buy. And in my view it is the cell phones that are contributing massively to the insanity behind the wheel & in other places frankly.I've attached 4 of the neodymium, magnets to the bottom of a mount & covered it with a rubberized tool drawer liner material so the magnets don't scratch the headlight. Plasti dip would also have worked. This last part is the new & improved design of this mod. It now looks factory. I could actually reverse engineer (from the Chinese ) these already very fun bikes into something worth much more with improvements I would make in their original design, if I had the gumption. Mostly it's just materials I would upgrade. Ok, you pulled it out of me, I would make the frame out of aluminum or carbon fiber. The headlight is retro round & non led. That's so cool. I like that. I would leave that as metal. Thank you for reading my idea.

A lot better than I expected
I was skeptical about adding an app from an unknown to me company but thought I would give this a try. I really did not have any expectations. However, setup was easy and worked the first time. Compared to my other cameras, the motion detection and notifications are very fast. Connecting to the camera from remote is also a lot faster than my other system.Although the system works well, there is a lot of advertising to upgrade to their subscription service. At this time given that they are not a widely known or widely tested company, I do not feel like I want to pay for the additional services, esp at the price that is comparable to more established services.

Works as expected, initially had a battery issue,
I read a bunch of reviews on various budget action cameras, and for the price this works as expected. I was excited to open it, but was immediately disappointed – one of the batteries was swollen. I’ve had batteries in other devices have this happen after years of use, but to have it happen to a brand new item was a let down.I contacted their customer service, sent them pictures of the battery, and they sent me a replacement. In fact, they sent me a two pack of batteries and an additional charger. Even if these can’t go toe to toe with the big names, and big prices of the main players, I would recommend just based on their awesome customer support.
