Will not work with Windows 11 upgrade
Recently upgraded my computer to windows 11. Earbuds work well with android phone and under windows 10, however after upgrading to windows 11 the earbuds are paired, will connect but does not have any sound output. A little disappointed because this is the only Bluetooth device that doesn't work in Windows 11. Keyboard, mouse, android phone, and noise cancelling headphones all work. Tozo response; "Sorry".

Bass control doesn't seem to work
I like having bass and treble controls, but the bass doesn't seem to work. I like light bass, but at the lowest setting, the bass still dominates the treble. Otherwise, the sound is fairly clean, and they're a good value.

Decent for Zoom. This is the 920e model, though.
The description doesn't mention that this is the 920e model and it should. I use this exclusively for online video streaming for meetings (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, Google Meet, etc.) and had no issues getting it up and ready to work with those platforms on my Mac. I didn't need any extra software from Logi for that. Might if I used it for other kinds of video work, which would be a potential issue if the software support programs didn't run on a Mac (native mode - not emulating Windows).

Return. Doesn't work for android as advertised
The item is great however it advertised that it works on Android..it does not.

Excellent Product
Really VERY nice for the price and size. The only complaint is that the magnetic device on the bottom really doesn't work well if there are any kind of bumps. If using on a bicycle, best to use strong double sided tape to hold it in place. Velcro doesn't cut it. Video quality is excellent. On a PC (earlier version of Windows) files wouldn't open with file manager. Opened them with Movie Maker or an app Polaroid suggests. On/Off light a little hard to see on a bright sunny day.

Worked as described
using this plug to connect my windows laptop to a VGA monitor. Tried it from a Macbook but didn't work, but it worked fine through my windows laptop. Might not user error not sure. Either way, great value for the price.

Doesn’t work with Shaky hands well
Unfortunately I have shaky hands and could not get a lock on the target. Seems to be a great device as my brother has the exact same device.

It Doesn’t Work Properly on a PS4 Pro.
The individual features like it being used for gaming and noise cancellation are OK. I actually got this for my 17 year old son. Neither one of us noticed that it’s geared more towards PC gaming. He has tried using it with his PS4 Pro. He’s not able to adjust the volume properly while using it wit the PS4. It works just fine when using it with a PC game. I’m not sure if his is faulty but he was complaining about it and was also disappointed. He’s a console gamer more than a PC gamer. I don’t recommend getting this for a console.

Auto lock doesn’t work well.
TLDR version: overall it’s good and have really nice and useful features I need but have some corner cases you need to take care.Pros: the only one with all types of opening ways, fingerprint, passcode, app and keys. You can always find a backup plan to enter.Easy to set up. Took me less than half an hour to get it working.So far so good, didn’t find any security issues.Cons:Non rechargeable battery. Not sure how it will last but still not perfect.Auto lock feature: it works fine, you can set as fast as 1s to get to locked. However, if you are moving something and need to keep the door open, it will try to lock, then you have to manually unlock and lock when you close the door. In our case the auto lock just stopped working. Though re-calibration solved the issue, but I think this is still no good. What if someone doesn’t know that and leave the door open?? Be careful.Otherwise still a good lock, don’t think I really need the WiFi version since it’s way more expensive, if you need to set up with hub, try to add a sensor at your door should be good.
