Easy to install and initialize in my security system. Works as advertised.

So my wife got this to monitor her "babies" that live outside in their own cozy little house. No, I'm not talking about humans, not even dogs or cats.....chickens.I am married to a crazy chicken lady and she wanted to be able to check in on them day or night without needing to go all the way out there. On some level it makes sense in winter because we have an automatic chicken door that is supposed to open in the morning and close after dark. In wintertime it is imperative that all the chickens make it back into the coop before the door closes or they'll likely freeze to death outside after dark.Anyway, the camera works phenomenally and it's easily able to stream direct from the camera to the base station in the house about 150ft away. I got the unit with a repeater because I thought I'd need it, but it doesn't really seem necessary in our situation. I really like that you can use this monitor completely without an internet connection or allowing it to piggyback on your wifi. With all the security issues that keep popping up on internet connected devices, I'd much rather just keep this offline. That being said, it does have the ability to use your wifi and an app on your phone to remotely access the monitor if that's something you want to do.

I installed this light on my barn to give the horses a nightlight and security. It also allows me to check on them without going outside all the time.

Anything and everything you could ask for in security lights without the hassle of electricity or batteries!!!

Works well with google assistant. Pretty simple to install. Application works well. Great security add on.

I like it for security around my house and it works great

We decided we'd like to try a security cam that would pan and zoom to add to the coverage of our doorbell camera and this worked out well for us. The only concern was mounting it on the front of the house, where we get sunlight for half of the day. So far it seems to keep it's charge without issue. I mounted it on a small board and zip-tied that to a downspout so we could easily relocate if needed. It linked right up to our wifi and has been providing great photos and video via the intuitive free smartphone app. I'd recommend it for any location that gets direct sun for at least half the day.

Will get another one. Works great and gives us a sense of security.
