Wonderful product! Does everything it says it will
We use this as a “nanny cam” for my elderly mother, to keep an eye on her, when we aren’t in the same room with her during the day, and especially at night. We can also keep an eye on things when she is with her caregiver. It works well, clear vision even at night in the dark, has a motion detector, and a speaker so we can listen to interactions between she and the caregiver. We can access the cameras through the app even when traveling several states away. It also has a two way intercom feature , and motion detectors, which we don’t use. We have had two friend and relatives buy these after seeing ours...we are very satisfied with this product!

Best baby monitor with even better customer servic
Best baby monitor with even better customer service! We love our Moonybaby camera and monitor. Easy to use, clear picture/sound and great battery life. After debating what seemed like an endless amount of cameras, a friend recommended this and I’m so happy they did. The picture is fantastic and the volume goes high enough to wake my sound sleeping husband. The range is great - I don’t know all the specs but I know we can be on the opposite side of our house outside and picture is still perfect. I noticed a problem with the monitor one day (it froze and made an unpleasant noise) so I contact customer service and without hesitation they offered to send a free replacement.

Should have purchased these years ago
I wish 2 years ago i had these they make mine and my wife life a lot easier now meaning i have an elderly mother that stays alone alot but now she is not alone. We are there at the touch of a button and we can talk to her and also listen to her and watch our little puppy also. Im so happy with them that i am going to buy another set and they are easy to install and set up. The app is very easy to understand I recommend these cameras to anyone who has a loved one or just wants sense of security to purchase them you can get them and in 5minutes they are good to go. Excellent recommending them to all the people i know who have the same situation i am in.

We're very pleased with this monitor
We have used this Infant Optics monitor for 3.5 years and plan to use it until we're past the monitor stage. We have two cameras (one in each child's room) and love how easy it is to toggle between the two. I love all the features of the monitor too. We knew when it was time for baby #2 that we didn't want any other monitor! Now we're approaching baby #3's due date and I'm absolutely sold. This monitor has been great for us. Our monitor was dropped a couple feet off the ground and unfortunately got a crack in the screen. Customer Support was great and sent us a replacement even though it was a user related damage. So thankful!

Great product and amazingly easy!
I was a little skeptical due to the price point on these cameras but I am really pleased so far. Packaged great, they ha e good weight to them and seem to be great quality. The app is very user friendly for setup. Picture is great and his a really wide view range with ai was a little worried about since I have a large front and back area to cover. They base bracket unscrew for the camera to be taken inside to charge with the USB cord. I bought these to give me piece of mind when leaving for trips and cant wait to mount and use them. The bright white light and alarm are great features that can be used on the app to deter anyone from breaking in or stealing. Very happy so far!!!

Put your mind at ease. This monitor is amazing!
I have tried a few monitors prior to purchasing the infant optics monitor. Nothing else has come close to comparing to this model. Others have died quickly or had terrible night vision. This monitor is super easy to set up. I love that it has the capability of switching between up to 4 cameras. The picture quality, night vision, battery life, and camera swivel are all top notch! I have 2 young children and I love that I can put my mind at ease knowing that I am able to see and hear them all night. This monitor is so reliable and I don't have to worry about things going wrong. I HIGHLY recommend this! Stop searching. This is the one to buy!

SOLICITORS beware...
Love the picture quality, EVEN at night. It's like call-screening for the front door. I can clearly see who is a knockin' and ignore the undesirable. Chose this product over a video-doorbell because I could mount it ANYWHERE. Easy to mount...love not having to wire anything. Slight lag in live video (even after a non-related wi-fi upgrade). Little frustrated during initial set-up, part user error and part instructional. Like that the account allows for multiple user's but don't like that multiple users don't have full access to all account functions. Wish account holder could be logged into multiple devices simultaneously. Overall, we are satisfied, will likely buy additional cameras soon.

NO TECH SUPPORT FROM MANUFACTURE
There has been a problem with the Cloud service where the saved video clips will NOT load when you want to view. When you contact "BLINK an Amazon Co." you sit on hold for ten minutes with an automated phone service. Then you get a prerecorded message that no one is available to assist you. Leave your name, phone number, email address listed on the BLINK account and someone will call you back. They never have called back after at least a half dozen messages to their Tech. Support Dept. Cameras are great but there is a problem with the Cloud system where you get an error message when you want to view video clips saved and NO TECH SUPPORT SERVICE! Also Amazon states BLINK is NOT an Amazon Co. but a private supplier!
