Great costumer service!!
I love this camera a lot since I have other 2 that are working perfectly for almost a year now but when I received this one, a bit of a problem came on SD slot. It seemed that the slot is not holding the card properly so I sent a message to K&F Concept about this and they responded right away. K&F Concept thought that the item was defective and offered to send a replacement without asking so much stuff about it. This a service that should be practiced by all companies to be able to keep their costumer satisfied. I am satisfied and happy! Now I will be at ease with more security in my home with this new additional camera

Eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista come telecamera e la flessibilità che offre con la modalità è incredibile.Io uso queste telecamere per riprendermi quando parlo in pubblico e volendo riprendere anche il pubblico per capire le reazioni.Purtroppo in questo caso non sono riuscito ad utilizzare la telecamera per interventi sopra i 40 minuti perché scalda e si spegne (usandola in ambienti chiusi) ed ancora meno tempo quando ho provato a tenerla collegata ad un powerbank per superare le due ore di autonomia.

Super fast and easy to install
It's super fast to install. It has a magnet stand so I installed it under the metal shelf in the carrage. If you have any other Switchbot products then it's even moore easy, you basically just go to the app and click + and select the camera from the list.The automatic nightvision is wery accurate.One thing is missing and it's the Google Asistanst compatible, hopefully they will add it as they have done with their other products.

I have had fun trying out this camera. Now to get
I love that Amazon had it to me in days. The quality is great so far. I can't wait to get out on the lake in my kayak and start recording my adventures.

Does what it it supposed to do
Love the bluetooth remote , the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I have to connect to my phone a few times before it actually works, but once it connects it is great. I have a Samsung galaxy S21 Android. The remote is tiny and you can hide it in your hand so you don't see it in the pictures. I love being able to use the real camera and not having to rely on selfies.

Perfect security solution for those not interested
This camera is working fantastic so far. Easy to set up and the app is very user friendly. Especially like the ability to have clips uploaded to the cloud. 1080P quality video over wireless is amazing. Only unknown is how it will hold up to the harsh coastal environment where it’s installed. The salty air will destroy almost anything with time so I’m curious to see how long it makes it.

Great monitor, excellent customer service.
I received this monitor as a baby shower gift after it was recommended by a fellow mom. About a year later the monitor was dropped and resulted in an all white screen. I contacted customer service to see if there were options to repair the monitor (sound quality was still there) and the offered to replace the monitor!Monitor/camera has great range, it easy to pack up and take on trips, has great sound quality. Would highly recommend!

Clear view, good sound works great!
I have been looking for split screen monitors for some time now. This one is amazing. It plays music from the camera to sooth your baby. The picture quality is much better than my older model of a different brand, and I really liked that one. I have not had any issues that have been brought up in the negative reviews. Fingers crossed. So far so good.

Works good.
I installed the camera for the front porch and like the product a lot. The solar panel works well in a bit shady area, and setting up is easy. I even consider to buy another one for the backyard.Minus 1 star is due to the instructions and app. In the current version, I can't delete individual recordings in the SD card remotely. The instructions are inconsistent (some descriptions are missing, figures and explanation mismatches in some places)
