Good Overall Camera
The camera was used for outside of our house, the night vision was very good and the motion activation caught everything! We did have issues with it about 6 months after we purchased it but the ie Geek’s customer service was very helpful and responsive.

Great customer service and reliable product
We are very happy with our product and the customer service we received when it broke down. The customer service was fast and efficient and delivered us a replacement product--we just had to pay return shipping. They were friendly and prompt. The product is great and works on all three stories of our house. It's very easy to use. We look forward to adding a second camera when baby #2 arrives!

Great customer service
I had the camera for about a year and the night vision unexpectedly stop working. I contacted customer support and even though my product was out of warranty by a month they replaced it at no charge to me. The process was very fast and very easy. The representative that helped me was super nice and responded to all my emails immediately. The company took what could have been an expensive and inconvenient process and made it a positive experience.

GREAT solution for remote Zoom / TEAMS meetings
I work remotely full time, utilizing Microsoft Teams for conducting live-on camera customer meetings. I'm able to comfortably wear my glasses with this wireless earpiece and cancel the noise my meeting attendees would otherwise hear through my computer audio. I've only been using this earpiece for about 2 weeks but so far only need to charge it once a day, overnight.

Great Video Monitor
My wife and I were hesitant to spend a large chunk of money on a baby monitor but after some bad experiences with other cheap monitors we finally caved and we are not disappointed! This camera has great picture quality, fantastic night vision, and best of all doesn’t require an internet connection! This has given us great peace of mind and we would recommend it to any new parent out there!

Many great features, can fail but great customer s
I like the features - I have this connected to both my kids rooms. It toggles between the two, shows temperatures, decent battery life and I can move the camera. The charging piece in the main monitor failed after 16 months (a few months after the 1 year warranty was up), but customer service was fabulous and still let me replace it for free (just had to pay to ship the broken one back).

Should have bought it sooner
We had been putting off getting a new monitor hoping our old Motorolla monitor could last us. It finally stopped holding a charge at all. A friend recommended this monitor, and it has been great. It was already paired to the camera out of the box, and was simply "plug and play". The wireless range lets us go into our backyard without any connection issues. Very satisfied customer so far!

Satisfied Customer - Now it works.
After contacting the seller, I got a new unit that pairs and works exactly as it should.The only reason I now limit it to 4 stars is that it requires me to keep the button pressed when shooting videos. Shooting videos is a major use of my iPhone camera. I'm not sure if this is an iPhone thing, but it would be more useful if it keeps the video going without depressing the button constantly.Customer service was very helpful.

Holy cow!! This monitor is something else. It comes with a ton of features, a crystal clear camera, and a great customer service team to back it up. It moves, it plays several songs, it adjusts for night, it alerts to extreme temperatures, you can talk through it. Honestly, beyond impressed and thinking of buying a second one. My only gripe is the website to register it doesn't work. Other than that- PERFECT!
