After software update, it works great.
Update: after updating the software, the camera works excellent, I do not give it the 5 stars because it has a delay of a few seconds when capturing the image or video.I was very close to returning it, but the company contacted me and updated the software.

Great daytime picture, though the infrared LED (night vision) is a little bit too strong than expected, which can cause reflections.The best part is the 20X optical zoom; you immediately get "eagle eyes" around your house with the help of that.Setup is not hard by following the instructions. Great Stand
I purchased this stand for my husband because he has so many zoom meetings nowadays. It works perfectly! It doesn’t slide around, it’s very sturdy and it is at the right position to show his face in the camera to have his meetings. He can be active on his computer while using this for his phone hands free. I would recommend it to anyone who needs it for this same reason. Thanks!

Love it!
So useful! Night vision is great! Battery life is great! (Up to a whole day if turned on the whole time, longer if you turn it off when not in use). I love that I can move the camera without going into the room to disturb baby. And I chose this monitor because it can’t be hacked, which is the biggest safety feature we all want in a monitor. Love it! I have no complaints.

Simple, easy, and a fast solution to hold your cam
This flexible mount is just what we needed. You don't need to worry about "installing" it since you just wrap it around the crib or bassinet. It's perfect because you can travel with it and move it around freely as you need. I was worried it wouldn't wrap tight but it does no problem! It's a super easy and fast solution to hold the camera. We would purchase again.

No complaints
Great range for the handheld unit. Decent battery life, good picture quality for both daytime and night vision. I like all the features you can adjust for motion and sound alert thresholds. Have not needed to use Vox mode at all since our babe is only 3 months old. Excellent customer service! We plan to purchase a second camera when we expand our family

Great monitor
My daughter got this for a shower gift....it worked so good that I bought one to keep at my place for when my grandson comes to visit. It's super easy to set up and use, night vision is excellent. Can't rate the battery as we've only had for a couple weeks. There are a lot of very expensive baby monitors with camera out there...save your money ... this one will not disappoint.

Must have for everyday monitoring.
I used this for our infant optics camera. Fit perfectly. Makes so much sense for not having to mount it to the wall or when you are traveling. We didn't have this at first and every time we stayed the night somewhere I struggled to find a place near an outlet that would give me a view of our baby while he slept. Problem solved. Must have, in my opinion.

Very nice!
The media could not be loaded.
It was pretty easy to set up. The night vision even without a porch light on was very good. It did give me some alerts and I couldn't see anything moving. It is a great little camera. I can set it up anywhere. And I can point it anywhere. Very versitile. The pics and videos are very clear. I'm glad I got this one.
