Circuit board rusted but manufacture send a new one good customer service
Unit was working fine but could not connect one day, took it down and found rust in circuit board area had rusted I can’t get memory chip out. Excellent customer service sent me a new unit.

Sounding Board
The speakers really struck a chord with me. In short, they left me feeling on a high note. They are compact, have great sound and are a great value for the money. I don't know how I got by for so long with non-digital speakers.

Well made!
I dropped this from 5 feet (don’t ask), keys went everywhere, visible circuit board, and me so depressed. I plugged all the keys back in and it works perfectly like nothing happened. Excellent quality! I love this for gaming and use it over 3 hours per day. (I’m old so I don’t play as much as you do!)

Be sire to check for c terminal
I ended up retuning the unit , after checking circuit board on my older lenox furnace i located the c terminal not far from the thermostat connections in use

Outstanding
I wanted to automate a blind (that didn't have a timer option) but wasn't possible to solder across the switches imprinted on the remote control circuit board. So I made up a sandwich for the circuit board out of sheet plastic and arranged one SwitchBot for the up button and another for down.I added a SwitchBot hub and now can integrate the blind with other devices using IFTTT.If you need to physically press a button by remote control, this in my experience does the job wonderfully. Thank you SwitchBot and Wonderlabs.

input jack mount failed, found loose in case,
Just ordered my second one today because the audio jack broke clean off the circuit board as it was held in by the solder points only and there was nothing else connecting it to the board. left me with no way to reconnect it. I WILL SUPER GLUE THE NEW ONE THIS TIME TO AVOID THIS HAPPENING AGAIN IF THEY HAVE NOT REVISED THE NEW BOARD. jUST PEEL OFF THE PLASTIC COVER ON THE SPEAKER CONNECTOR SIDE TO REVEAL THE 4 SCREWS AND IT SLIDES OUT I switched to Bluetooth when it snapped off. nothing left to solder to as the contacts peeled off the board, such a waste as it worked so well with my speakers. I'll report if difference between new and old in last 2 years,

Update on DOA
The original unit sent had a Power Transformer that was not soldered to circuit board and was loose in cabinet.They processed the return super quick with a full refund, and provided a free replacement that works great. They are serious about customer satisfaction and their reputation.
