Stay as far away from this junk as possible!!
I only wish there was a negative rating system. Pure f****** junk, never acquires a signal dispite purchasing a $150 signal booster that is 10 ft from the units. Save yourself the money and aggravation, buy a wired setup and get comfy in the attic. Stay as far away from these POS as you can get. Just sayin......

So fun!
My son LOVES this pen! When we first received it as a gift, the pen would not connect to our computer. We contacted customer service and got a replacement really quickly. Excellent service and highly recommend.

It was nearly a year since I purchased this monitor and I was having problems with the the on/off button getting stuck on the monitor. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement right away! Great personalized service!
