Camera not charging
1st one a bought is great. So I purchased a 2nd one. Having problems with this camera. It doesn't charge from the solar panel. So I purchased a new panel. The camera is still not charging. I have to take it down and charge it in the house. I wrote to the company 3 times. Not one response. Very disappointing with the company.

Excellent product/Excellent customer service
The first pair of sunglasses I bought were defective. I got ahold of Amanda from customer service and she said keep the ones I had and she said within 3 days (which it happened to be 2 days) I would receive a replacement and she stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. The second device was much better and was so amazed with customer service!!The product itself is really amazing and a complete steal for the price. It is true that the camera is HD, almost looks 2k to be honest. A lot of companies lie to you and tell you it’s HD when it is SD. Not this company not this product. Image quality is insane. Setting it up is easy you can plug it in through usb to look at photos and videos or the sd card which is included!! I use mostly for driving or walking. And am completely satisfied with this product and 100% recommend!!I would love to see them make glasses with a hidden camera as well, would buy for sure.Thanks for a great product!

Easy to Use, Don't Be Intimidated. Good Quality fo
This is my first purchase of a shoe mount flash. I am an amateur photographer and journalist, and mainly use my camera for the purpose of taking photos to accompany the articles which I write. As many of them are event-related, this means poor indoor lighting conditions that force me to crank up my ISO settings to a level where the pictures are painfully gritty and hard to work with for more than web publishing.This little flash is a life-saver. While cheaper than expensive counterparts, it does the job quite satisfactorily for my purposes, which is a portable, easy to operate lighting solution for dim shooting locations. My main trepidation in getting this model was that it was manual vs. TTL. If you have a good understanding of how to operate your camera's various settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO) then this flash is pretty straightforward. Unless you're shooting in a place where the light conditions fluctuate a lot, you can set it and forget it.

Convenient case Bundle to carry around your Insta360 Go 2. There are alot of small action cameras out there and sure some of those may offer better video quality for a bit more money but for those happy with what this has to offer (small form factor, easy to carry, easy to record discretely and good software) this hits the spot. I purchased this bundle even though it was cheaper (at the time) than buying the camera on its own. Glad I got a bit more value out of a purchase I was already planning on making! Case seems strong enough to reasonably protect and store the camera+accessories. Everything comes in a SYMIK Branded box which kindof threw me off at first but when opened there were three boxes inside; the SYMIK branded carry case, SYMIK Mount Adapters (NOTE: MOUNT NOT INCLUDED) and an official Insta360 Insta360 Go 2 box. So far so good, will update if I have any issues.

Customer Service is beyond amazing! Review updated
I was recently contacted by their customer service team to reconcile the issue I had with my original purchase. They were willing to refund or replace even though it was outside the standard return policy. Defective units happen so I wanted a replacement to give it another shot. They actually upgraded me to their V50 Pro for no additional cost. Rarely does a company do something like this anymore. I am ready to put the V50 to the test!Below is my original review of the 7000,"I had high hopes for this "go-pro" replacement. The touchscreen is amazing and setup is very easy. I attached this camera to a windshield mount and went off-roading in my jeep. The result of the recording makes me want to cry because the picture quality is beautiful. Unfortunately anytime the jeep hit the smallest bump it would shake the recording, making it unwatchable. I would not recommend this camera if you are going off-roading, probably the best for skiing and swimming."

GoPro killer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Since my last action cam died on me. I had to start looking again for my new one. I did my research and I narrowed down to 2 cameras from the whole spectrum. 1. Was the Go Pro Hero 8 Black, 2. by a big price difference was the Akaso Elite V50.I'm not going to lie, since my interest are videos of my mountain biking adventures, I bought the Hero 8, because the GPS was a nice thing to have. But after testing it and dealing with the support department because the GPS was not working or when it work I was not able to enable the GPS gauges, because is not yet support by software. I returned the GoPro and bought the Elite V50And if you don;t need the GPS gauges let me tell you this Camera is going to amaze you, the Resolution is impeccable, and the image stabilization sensor is just incredible. I seriously recommend this camera so far. Besides I found the way to sync the video with the info of may cellphone and ad the gauges.

Update: Proactive Customer Service, issue resolved
Update 9/1/2022: Seller proactively reached out and sent me a new mount. This new amount appears to be better engineered and stronger. It should not have the same issue again. Very impressed with such great customer service . Seller is friendly and stands behind their products. I am very happy to be able to put this camera back to daily use.-------------------------------------------Update: Camera mount cracked on its own after a few months. Looks like the plastic used is extremely cheap as there has been no impact at all to the mount. Since this is not a widely available mount such as GoPro mounts I can't even buy a replacement if I wanted to. Save your money, invest in something that lasts.------- Great buy for the price. Picture quality is decent. You are not going to get GoPro quality but it's more than adequate to document any problems you may experience on the road. Battery life seems to be pretty good, no issues recording rides up to 2 hours so far.

Dear god make this stop!
Company has been constantly emailing me. I can't change subscriptions on these emails either. My biggest hang up for this cam is the pc mode. I use this outside, but usually I am in my studio hooked up to my pc for fast reviews. First, the battery must be in the camera to make it work even if connected to an external power source like the pc. It has destroyed both batteries. Remember the rule about leaving NiCD batteries plugged in while using the device. That's right, DON'T. I do know some can take that, but these aren't them. Additionally, in pc mode there is no way to adjust the lighting. So the camera records very dark. Turning up the lighting source won't work because it simply washes out the other cameras. This may work if all you want to is take it to the pool on a sunny day. Just hope it stays that way, if clouds come in you may think you are night swimming.

Very good for the price, just one very annoying pr
For the price this is a great camera, I have other Go-Pro clones, this is by far the best but there are some things that even the other clones have solved.1) The auto-focus if in a vehicle or behind a windshield is constantly searching, making your video in and out of focus.2) it will split your video into 400M section ( I like it but I dont) others do 2G chunks, I would like the options3) Battery live is short, all day charge, you get maybe 1-1.5hrs ( see point below)4) The date and time resets when you change a battery, no matter how fast you are, there seems to be NO capacitor hold for date time, which could also explain the long charge times and short battery life. This is the most problematic to me, this camera is used as a video record for insurance purposes, I need proper time date stamps, and not have to take 10min every time I change a battery to go to the menu and reset everything.
