Bought 01/21, failed 06/215 month life hood is unacceptable12 month supplied warranty in question at time of review; however, if builtin, non-replaceable battery with solar panel recharge fails within this time period, I say save your money. When working, it provided sufficient monitoring.

Battery time
I just bought them last week. I always wants to get them for my daughter room and closets. Need to access her room several times a night and her closets too. So it’s easy to instal and motion detector thing save a lot of battery and battery time is long.

motion detection and recharge time are excellent
I like the motion detection and the charge lasts a long time before you need to recharge it. This is mainly used in the hallway for my elderly mother in order to see where she's going when getting up in the middle of the night.

Love these
I chose these cause they used the same app that my other camera did. These are far better. They hold their charge for a long time and have been very reliable. One I monitor all the time to watch the deer in my driveway, lol. I got the solar panels later so I didn't have to recharge battery but you can also just use a USB and hook up to portable batter charger for cell phone/tablet to recharge as needed.
