can not be used with anything other than the phone app
I wanted a camera that I can access from my Windows 10 desktop, not some crappy app.Apparently that is all the trend these days as I have yet to find a camera that supports 3rd party camera software like "Security Eye" that also has the other features I'm interested in like solar / battery powered.I took a shot with this camera and Security Eye was unable to communicate with it.It was pretty easy to setup through the phone based app, but I'm old school I guess and I don't want to ONLY be able to access things through a phone app.It's probably o.k. if you're happy with phone app only access, but it is not for me.Since Windows access was #1 on my list of important features, 1 star is all I'm going to give it.

Great if you have multiple floors or rooms far fro
I like that i can put in different areas that the bell sound doesn't reach and I won't miss a ring app. Doorbell press.

Great Product!
So many people on here are complaining simply because it didn’t work with the Nest app. Um, get the Google home app; it’ll work…. Either way, as of May 2nd, 2022, the Google home app has updated quite a long time ago - this now works with the Nest app! Don’t let this 3 star overall rating deter you! The product works beautifully with an ultra wide angle! The low reviews are simply from the product not working with the Nest app last year. Like I said, it’s been updated and now works with the Nest app for you picky people… I’m sure these people would change their review to 5 stars! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Great upgrade.
Purchased 2 to install front and back doors. Super easy to install. Using the app makes controlling the features very easy. I like the auto lock feature.

Works with singing app
I use it with the smule app and it works great. Plugs right into my phone with a C to USB adapter.

Great produxt
Mine are still operating great 4 months later and perform a near identical function as the Phillips hue bulbs. It took 5 minutes to set up and I haven’t had to re-pair or anything like that.they provide a huge spectrum of colors and can be programmed to a schedule through the parent app or the Alexa app

Good lock
Rough installation, 2 August apps in the store, each for certain locks :(Like the app and setting time and date codes as well as notifications when the door is opened or closed

Works well with windows not so much with linux
My son like them on his windows pc with discord. On my Linux machine with zoom they were to low volume, and I found no way to amp up recording. Could be an app thing but looks more like an OS thing.
