Well, I have to say that I wasnt expecting this customer service respond after my comments, honestly I wasn't expecting any answer at all but their customer service is quite awesome. Thank you Akaso and thanks so much to Tara Young (Akaso employee) for your service en comprehention I definitely changed my mind about my comments right below here and about you guys and your company in regards of this. I'll think about you next I purchase my next camera and a tourist guide and photographer and I need the camera everyday in my job. Very satisfied with your service.(My Previous Comment)I've being using it for a while now, the pic quality it's great the battery life as well, but for some reason sometimes the picture get cut right in the middle some kind of blurry line pass by or it turns all black and there is no way to fix that pic I have lost a lot of good shoots for that

Great product and customer service!
We love this monitor. We researched and heard such good things about it. We bought it and after about 9-10 months the night vision kept acting up and we couldn’t see anything at night on the monitor which is the whole point of it. Contacted customer service sent pictures videos and a copy of my receipt I was within the warranty period and they send me a brand new one. Plugged it in and I swear it works better than the one we had to begin with. Customer service was great friendly and so helpful. Wonderful experience. Great camera and monitor we love it.

Excellent Video Monitor and Exceptional Customer S
We have had this monitor for 16 months and it has been everything we hoped for--super quality, ease of use, good battery and range--no complaints. Would buy it again without question!Recently the audio stopped on the camera, and that's where the exceptional customer service came in! I emailed their customer service, and Mel responded quickly with trouble shooting until we found the issue and resolved it. THEN, she checked back in weeks later to make sure things were still working as they should be!!Monitors don't last forever, but for the price and quality, this one is great! The customer service, if you do have a problem, is priceless.

Nice product
We really enjoy this monitor. It has great functionality, the camera pics are clear, and the volume/alerts are on point. Plus, it’s not over the internet so we don’t have to worry about weirdo neckbeards trying to hack it.Also, customer service is A++. I had a small issue, called the customer service number, and the issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes. The woman, Cassandra, was incredibly helpful, and was willing to hear me out and address my problem right away. I wish all places had service like this.

Great Customer Service!
We love our baby monitor! It works great and is super easy to setup and use. We were also so pleased with customer service. After 1.5 years, something happened to our monitor and the sound stopped working. Even though we were a bit outside of warranty, customer service worked with us to replace it and receive a new mentor at no cost to us, and it was shipped so fast! We will be adding a second camera for next baby coming soon.

Great product
I am beyond impressed with this product i been using it for 9 months and i absolutely love it the picture quality is amazing and sound is perfect. I just contacted the seller because my camera stopped charging and they made it so easy to get it fixed and took cate of the situation fast that really means alot because i used this to see my baby sleep at night I highly recommend this its a win win great product and amazing customer service thank you nick shaw for such great service im not really one to do reviews but you deserve it.

Product is great - delivery was unacceptable
As it has been happening a lot lately, I'm paying good money for prime delivery, just to have said deliveries not arrive for a day or even days past the promised time. In once case I had to travel 150 miles three times before a shipment was delivered. Offering a $5.00 token does not make up for the inconvenience and the over priced cost of a prime service, when the so called prime service isn't any better than the standard. If anything, it worse!As for the floodlight camera, it's great! At the price, you can't get anything like it anywhere else...

Excellent customer service
This product was highly recommended and had terrific reviews, which is why we purchased it. We thoroughly enjoyed the product, and it worked seamlessly for over a year. However, the audio started to cut out and eventually stopped working. I found the customer service number and asked for help. The representative, Jen, was outstanding. She sent a replacement camera within days even though our warranty was expired. I am very impressed with the product, and the customer service is fantastic!
