Simple two minute set up!
Simple Set up in less than 2 minutes. Great sound and new look much better.

Set up was a challenge but it works well!
I am providing care for my elderly mother so this helps me keep and eye on her when I’m not in the room. I had to send the first one back because it wouldn’t pair (the camera wasn’t doing what it was supposed to). The replacement was sent quickly and while it took a couple of tries to get it paired, it works well. I get an alert when she’s moving around (which helps prevent her from falling)

Helps with work station set up
Easy to assemble and is already helping with my neck pain. Now my computer screen is eye level and I'm not straining my neck trying to look at it.

Awesome lock hard set up
So the physical installation was a breeze!! Anyone could do it using the most basic of tools and the app does a great job at describing how to install and has videos to walk you through the steps.The lock works great. Locks reliably and unlocks reliably. Looks a little clunky but I kinda like it. The Google home unlocks it flawlessly and the app locks and unlocks it reliably.Now on to why I took off a star...I had a very tough time getting the hub to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth. I tried different plugs in the room near the door and did several resets in the hub before it became usable. As to why I didn't take off more stars is because since that headache of a time it has given me zero issues! Works every time as it should. Adding guests was tricky but once you understand how to get people added it's a piece of cake.Over all very happy with it but for some one not comfortable with smart device, Bluetooth and wifi troubleshooting... I would encourage you to stay away....

Great quality and quick to set up.
really increased the quality of my video/audio on zoom calls. Definitely provided a more professional experience all around.

Simple plug and play set up.
Couldn't have been simpler to set up. Just plug it in and it works. Plug and play worked perfectly on my Windows 10 machine. Audio and video were clear and we had an excellent evening on Zoom with our friends last night. I would have liked there to have been an on/off switch on it, but I just unplug it when we aren't using it.
