Camera and monitor are easy to use and work really well from my experience. I will say that Eufy’s customer service is exceptional.We had some problems with the monitor when I updated the firmware. The unit still worked, but we had to wait a few minutes after turning it on before the buttons would respond. This happed a little over a year after our purchase, and it probably would have been fine if I hadn’t updated the firmware.I got in touch with support and they were extremely helpful in trying to correct the issue with me, giving me different versions to try. When nothing seemed to be fixing the issue I asked if I could just purchase a new monitor unit (the camera worked fine still) because I was out of warranty.. they went above and beyond and sent me a full replacement set free of charge!The new one works perfectly and seems like the hardware/software is better in this new unit. Couldn’t be happier.Great products (we have their robo vacuum too), great company and great customer service! (Thanks, Ariel)

I got this on Amazon for $89.99 and I noticed the next day the price jumped to $140, yikes!!! I’ll keep it as I have it installed now, but the fatal flaw for me is that you cannot connect external power such as a solar panel that I have on my other outdoor cams. I doubt the batteries will last two years because it’s a driveway flood, and that would stink if your batteries died when you were away so it couldn’t record.Btw, pay little attention to the one star ratings on here. They’re mostly idiots that couldn’t figure out you need to remove the cap on the back of the flood light, remove the plastic tab over the D batteries for it to connect to the camera and sync mod. As soon as you do that, everything works as it should.Update: I could not get the flood lights to turn on upon the camera detecting motion, and the tiny “instruction” pamphlet is pretty much useless. I figured out that if you go under the floodlights settings, you have to turn on daylight sensitivity, then slide it left to 1 for the lights to turn on at night upon detecting motion.

Easy to install if you already have the brackets etc. in place and you're just replacing a previous opener.This garage opener is significantly quieter than a chain drive model.Think of a deisel truck engine running vs. a good model car engine, for an example of the difference in noise levels between the two (Chain drive vs. Belt drive).Lights are bright. Camera works and has very good day and night vision.So far has worked very well.One thing to note: You do not get recorded video unless you subscibe to some online service.That fact should be notedYou can only view video live or take a picture.If you want to review past events, you need the subscription service.I am not happy about that part. Just a little cheesy for sure.Otherwise the opener works well.I suppose you could say the video camera is meant to generate revenue for the garage door maker. Also, it doesn't work with any older model remotes, but can be added to you cell phone, etc.

This is the holy grail of baby monitors. The picture is extremely clear (day and night), you can adjust the view of the camera from your screen, and it displays the temperature in the bedroom and the time which is amazing in the middle of the night. You can adjust volume and brightness (and even mute it which is rare of monitors). There is a sleep mode which allows the volume to stay on but the screen to be black so you can sleep at night without a bright light in your eyes. Lastly, you can set an alarm to sound when volume in the nursery gets to a certain octave. This was amazing for us when our daughter was a grunter and we needed to lower the volume so we could sleep. The alarm would only sound when she was actually crying, rather than just grunting.And..... their customer service is INCREDIBLE. They are quick to respond and will replace broken parts (even if it was your baby’s fault....) They have replaced my camera (that my baby ripped off the wall) and my antenna (that my baby ripped off the screen). I promote this product to all my new mama friends, and will never use another monitor again!

I have a Ring doorbell and added this camera to extend my sight along the driveway. The battery cam is easy to install, and goes everywhere, since it is battery. Eventually, I put it on the solar panel so I wouldn't have to bring the battery in and charge it. The camera has a port in the back to plug in power or solar.Does not pick up motion as quickly as the doorbells and the night vision is not real clear. The motion detection setting in the app only allows motion on the lower 2/3 of the picture. I had to play with it a lot to get the motion detection where I wanted it.I also use the privacy feature to block out neighbors windows. The only problem is you have to make the mask quite large, so I lose some of the picture I want to see.In general, the integration with Alexa, the Ring app, and other devices is very good. Be aware that you must take the subscription service to save videos. But I think this is a good idea anyway, to let someone else manage and store them. I have tried storing videos in the past and it was a pain and took up a dedicated computer.

This is definitely one of the best baby monitors I have ever owned, and with 11 kids over the past 26 years, I have owned quite a few!!The picture quality is great, and I love the fact that I can rotate the camera if he moves in his crib. It also has great range considering the distance my camera is from the parent unit.The absolute best part of owning this monitor, though, is the outstanding customer service I received when I was having problems with my parent unit staying on. I purchased the monitor two years ago, and the old type of plug used for the parent unit had gone bad. Jenny at Baby Optics Customer Service walked me through the problem and determined what the problem was (a connection where the the charger plugged into the unit). Even though it was past the 1 year warranty, she sent me a brand new parent unit with a newly designed charger! It is like I have a brand new monitor again! I definitely recommend this monitor to anyone looking for peace of mind while apart from your baby. It was definitely well worth the money spent!

I’m so bad about leaving reviews, but I’m making an exception for this one. You guys, just buy this monitor, it’s well worth the extra $.We’ve had this monitor in my sons nursery for a year and a half now, and it’s everything you could hope for. We knew we wanted a second child, I like that you can sync more than one camera to the screen. The camera quietly rotates to wherever you need it to go (no blind spots) with a clear picture. I’ve bought cheaper versions since this monitor for my parents house, and they don’t even compare.Recently, my son managed to break the antenna off the screen (after many drops over the past year), rendering it useless. I assumed we were outside of the warranty window, but reached out to the company just in case there was anything that could be done. Customer service was quick to respond, friendly, and ended up sending us a whole new monitor screen! What other company does that these days?!Great monitor and company

This light guide has improved my macro so much that I don’t know if I could go on without it. I will let the images included with this review attest to what this light guide can do.All the images presented are taken using microscope mode, some of them using focus stacking. The first image is of a paper towel laid flat on a table and zoomed in, and the camera was literally resting on top of it. Without this light guide, this image just wouldn’t be possible because it’ll be dark due to the camera being up against the subject, unless you have a setup with backlighting and a glass table. Being able to get so much closer to a subject and having ample light provided by the light guide is where I believe this product truly shines. The second image is of a table cloth, third is of a plant leaf, and finally the last image is of human hair, where you can see the direction the hair was cut at the ends.I’m having a good amount of fun especially with the discovery aspect of being able to examine a myriad of things with macro, and this light guide really aids in that endeavor.
