Perfect for moms / Amazing customer service
I am a twin mom and this has been PERFECT! Any mother of 2 or more you need this one. It has split screen, 2 cameras. Excellent sound quality- I can hear them breathe if I turn it up enough! Clear picture! It even plays soothing music :) One year after the purchase I actually dropped the monitor in the bathtub and ruined it. I emailed customer service honestly thinking they would just sell me another monitor but they were so supportive and responded to my email within 10 minutes and with no questions asked sent me a second monitor expedited so that I could get back to resting at night.I got a new one within 3 days free of charge - amazing!!! I highly recommend this for so many reasons but the #1 reason is that the company actually takes care of their customers.

See Updated Review Please -This Company has failed
Ive attempted twice to get help from this company ( through their app )we purchased 2 cameras from them 1 is working fine while the other has stopped working, will not hold a charge every reset in book has been done so it clearly is a manufacturer issue and needs replace .We've had to purchase from app store to record stuff yet we can't use the camera and were out the $30 for that as well ( even though we were to get that free )Updated Review- This Company once they saw the review, I had left reached out to us and did everything they possibly could to set things right. Although it may have taken a review to get help, they defiantly went above and beyond to do whatever they could to rectify the situation and made it right in the long run.

Great Video Monitor
My wife and I love this monitor.Some of our favorite features are: It uses its own signal rather than WiFi, so you never need to worry about spotty connection issues. It tells you the room temperature, so you know your baby is comfortable. The volume and battery life on the receiver are great, and you can press a button to talk to your baby if needed.Unlike some cameras out there, you don't need to use a smart phone with this product, which is a huge plus for us. You can use your phone for what you need it for rather than being tied down to this one use. The features mentioned above make this a way better product for our needs than the competition.Overall we are very impressed and have had no issues with it. We highly recommend this product.

Love these stands!!! And here's a TIP for you!!!
I've bought several of these things and think they're awesome! They fold up small and are very light and very easy to set up and take down quickly! I sometimes wish they could reach a little higher, but that's okay...I've got other stands for that. I use these stands to mount cameras, phones, and small video monitors. It's nice that they come with selfie remotes, but I put those aside and just use the stands. But may use at least one of the remotes for something someday. But anyway, here's the BIG TIP for you: if you're like me, and you don't like having your remote and the rubber remote holder at the base of your stand, simply take a knife or blade and slice it off. It's just made of silicone rubber. I do that as soon as my stands arrive.

Monitor just died but have been happy with product
Liked the split screen and that it's not on WiFi. Night vision is good but for some reason sometimes kids eyes look open when they're not. The zoom in is pretty pathetic and doesn't really help. Volume options are good and we like that you can mute it if needed. The talking feature is nice with our toddler and it helps us communicate without going into the room. I wish the battery life lasted longer with the video, it's usually only 4-5 hours I think. A longer distance would be nice between monitor and cameras too, we can't go very far I'm our yard. We've had it for 9.5 months and the monitor suddenly won't turn on. It's past the return window, I can't find warranty info or a way to contact the seller. Not impressed with that.

Great customer service!
UPDATE: I am updating to 5 stars because of customer service.I was contacted by customer service after my review of my issues. I received excellent service from Nicole in trying to resolve the problem. We were unable to resolve, but..in spite of being past Amazon's 30 day return, Nicole issued me a full refund! She was polite and helpful! Thank you!Item does not detect any motion whatsover. Placed outside my garage with extender in garage. Even added a WiFi extender. At 85% WiFi, I should get some detection! Useless without motion detection. The one I placed right outside window, 20 feet from router, in my back yard..zero detection of movement. I emailed seller, received no response. So I am returning BOTH cameras I purchased!

Life saver!
This is so convenient!I stream a lot of VR games using a dual-pc setup and this makes my life so much easier!No more dragging my mouse in the right direction to get synergy to attach my mouse to the other PC then craning my head toward the other monitor, ferociously alt+tabbing until I find the right window to change scenes or start/stop the stream or recording...Now I have all of my scenes for Streamlabs OBS mapped to buttons on the deck... on top of that I have my sources (such as my cameras and capture cards) mapped to buttons on the deck so that I can easily switch scenes and hide or show sources in seconds!I haven't even scratched the surface of the potential of this device yet but it is already saving me a lot of time and effort to complete a lot of common tasks.

AMAZING customer service
First off, we have had our monitor since our first baby 4 years ago. It has served us very well and after having two more kiddos we’ve added cameras. We have really liked these because they aren’t wi-fi enabled and they are user friendly. With toddlers now, the two way talk has been great!! All that to say, our toddler recently got ahold of our parent unit and broke the antenna. I reached out to the company even though it wasn’t a recent purchase and they are sending us a replacement monitor!! I was shocked. The gentleman I worked with was very kind and very helpful. I truly haven’t had better customer service.If you have any trouble with your monitor, reach out! They are very helpful.
