 Well you know what they say, you get what you pay for. This product could pose as an exception. While the overall product lacks some key features, it serves well for a cheap alternative to a GoPro. This product may just suit needs if you need a quick way to capture your adventures on the trail or the open road. The fact that they include a lot of clips and accessories makes for an added bonus as this makes the price point right for this product. While you wont be getting high end quality output from this product. It will serve well if you are in the market for something fast and relatively inexpensive.Their customer service was very helpful that they sent me a replacement that worked properly and demonstrated the potential in this kind of camera for low cost to the consumer. Good Job!

The quality of the product is great. The quality of the photos and the videos is good too. I have not fully explored the features like under water pics, remote control, time lapse mode etc.. yet.at 60 fps on a full battery the video recording shows 1+ hrs of capacity, but I doubt the battery would run that long. Glad that it comes with batteries. The video playback on the camera has a poor sound quality. Initially could not make out the problem. In fact there is no problem. The videos play back on the computer with good quality recording. I wish it also had a protective covering for regular outdoor use.Overall, the product itself is good and as per my expectations.

After losing my Gopro, I thought I'd check out some other action cams and chose the Akaso V50x. I'm very impressed. The image stabilization is way better than I expected. I mainly have used my cam in the ocean, filming shore break and snorkeling and I also take it hiking. The video quality underwater is great the water proof case works fantastic. I took it with me up the Koko Crater trail, which is an old, moderately steep train track and the video turned out awesome. It picked up the sunrise lighting really well and was nice and smooth with minimal shaking. The quality of the camera is great. The rubberized covering makes it feel tough. The buttons work great and feel solid. I really like the touch screen it comes with. I didn't think I really needed a touch screen, but now I'm stoked it has one. The still photos I snapped turned out surprisingly good and to me it had less of a fisheye distortion than my old Gopro had. Also, the fact it is real 4k Native was a selling point for me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with purchasing the Akaso V50x. The price is amazingly good for the quality of the camera I got and it comes with a ton of attachments and 2 batteries! I have already highly recommended it to my friends.

While this doesn't feel like the most sturdy trail cam in my hand, it has been providing pictures for me and doing it's job for a few months so far. At the time of writing I've had this for around 3 months in service and it has held up better than I anticipated in the Florida sun....a quite punishing FL sun, I might add. This is pretty simple and straightforward to setup, it has good picture quality, and I love the free plan for pictures (100 a month; which is plenty for me and my usage).
