Disappointing picture resolution
Works well with very clear images. **PLEASE READ** After utilizing the camera for approximately a month, one of the strap retainers broke when mounting the camera. I contacted GardePro and they sent me a new A3 within a week!

Great Quality for Price & Great Customer Service
Purchased 2 years ago along with a second camera. Only wish it had the time displayed, has great range etc. My monitor suddenly stopped working and so I reached out to customer service after troubleshooting per online instructions. They were responsive and even replaced my monitor which was outside of it's warranty. I had a new monitor - mailed swiftly and they even checked back in, following up to make sure everything was working. Thank you Infant Optics!

Content Customer
So far I’m enjoying this monitor much more than the VTech one I had previously. There aren’t any annoying and unnecessary beeping noises when changing settings, you can actually see clearly in night vision, and the camera rotates and moves (which I didn’t have before). The customer service seems good so far, but I haven’t had to use it yet. Will update later if things change, but overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Terrific, reliable monitor
This monitor has been our stand-by for 3+ years and we have added another camera for a 2nd baby coming soon. We have a different model we bring on trips and dread using it compared to the Infant Optics we keep at home. The monitor holds charge well, it's simply to use, and the picture is clear. It's super easy to mount on the wall as well. The product support from Infant Optics is terrific! Highly recommend for anyone who wants a traditional video monitor without W-Fi.

Terrific alternative to the not-yet-available Belk
This macOS Ventura/iOS 16 continuity camera mount works as expected.The materials feel sturdy and high-quality for the price. I have a case on my MacBook (Incase), and that required pivoting the mount back and forth until it gripped the screen without any gaps. But that’s no big deal.No need to wait for the Belkin mount; this one uses the same basic design without any concerns. And I wouldn’t be shocked if Belkin seized on its Apple partnership to make its version more expensive.

Excellent customer service
I love this monitor, however after about 6 months, the night vision stopped working. I tried using another monitor that didn’t work out. Long story short, I reached out to infancy optics (out of warranty range) about the issue with the night vision. They were super responsive and fast. I mailed them my camera, and they immediately sent me a new one after I showed them tracking info. Customer service was beyond exceptional. Everything works great again!

Best company, monitor and support.
This is hands down the best monitor out there. We rely on this monitor so much that we actually panicked when it stopped working after 2 yrs of heavy use and travel. I sent an email to the company to see what could be done. They asked a few questions and then I was shocked when Jen S told me she would replace it free of charge. Not only is the camera and company awesome but so is their support. All of this happened right before Christmas too. It was a great Christmas gift!!! Thank you Jen.

Best Customer Service
I had an issue with the picture on our camera that was out of the warranty period, but customer service made sure I was satisfied anyway. The woman I dealt with was prompt, competent and in the end took care of my complaint. The product itself does everything I could want and more. My only tiny complaint would be that it doesn't hold a charge for an exceptionally long time, but that's small potatoes since it came with both long and short charging cords. Thank you, Infant Optics!

Pleased with purchase
This is the video camera system I had on my baby registry and have been wanting after vigorous research. I was actually surprised to snatch it up via an open box sale via Amazon. So far, through setting up it has good picture quality and audio and was easy to hook up and set up. We are anxiously awaiting our baby boy and can't wait to use it with him. I will definitely come back to do a final review after our son is born.
