better than expected for the size/weight
I have carbon fiber leg/magnesium head tripods from the well known traditional brands that are many times more expensive than this D225C0+BH-25- and do NOT perform any better! My expectations were low considering the price and weight. But it greatly exceeds all my expectations.
Perfect travel gear for use with low weight mirrorless cameras and moderate weight lens. It will be the only tripod going with me on most trips from now on.

Perfect at what it does
I bought this to mount with a 3/8 bold through the center of a weight that I then attach to a photo boom with a Manfrotto super clamp to make a counterweight. The weight came from one of those $19 floor lamps found at discount and home improvement stores and weighs quite a few pounds. I put a 3/8" bolt with a fender washer on bottom side and this stud on the top side of the weight. The extra stand off of this stud makes it easy to mount and keeps the weight out of the way of my boom's handles. I appreciate the extra flange on the end of the stud.
