Good sound great value.
I’ve had several small BT speakers similar to this one. This one is of equal sound quality & Cost $30-$40 less.

Honestly one of the best Bluetooth speakers on the
I bought this little thing to discretely play music in my office and was shocked and pleasantly surprised when I unboxed this gem! It is high quality, sturdy, and beautiful to look at, sure. But it wasn't until I connected to it that the real magic happened. The sound quality of this speaker is phenomenal! Honestly, I could have done with a lesser speaker in my 15 x 30 ft office because this little guy packs such a punch. I have to keep the volume as low as it possibly go because the range is incredible. The sound is clear, there's wonderful bass, and on the lowest setting it fills the whole room. Thank you!

Even compared to the UE Boom and Fugoo, This Speak
I love this speaker. First I want to give you a little history of my bluetooth speaker experience. My first speaker I had was the Bose Soundlink 1, and it was great, but I never compared it to any other speaker. I then had the

FUGOO Sport XL

, and I loved the fact that It was 100 percent waterproof and I can even listen to music under water, but the volume level was a bit too low for what I needed it for, so I returned it and bought the

JBL Xtreme

and was very happy with my purchase, but I neededs one for my own as the JBL is for my family. On the hunt to find myself a speaker, I had loved the waterproof capabilities of the Fugoo, so I purchased the regular

FUGOO Tough

. I tested it for a few days, used it on my trip to Rainbow Springs and really liked it, but I was not convinced with the volume (again), and returned it.This is where this wonderful product comes in. I had worked for a company that sold Klipsch speakers, and as part of an incentive program, I won one of these engineered pieces of hardware. I can not tell you how blown away I was with it. For a fact it is louder than the Fugoo Tough, and it has a very clear Mid rage as well as clean bass. I compared it the the

UE BOOM

side by side and the Klipsch Groove was much clearer and had much more bass than the the UE Boom.Overall, I truly believe this is the best speaker for the 150 dollar price tag, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to every friend that is looking for a speaker.

Want accurate, concise human voices for your cente
I have two systems. A large McIntosh 9.2 system for my serious listening, movies, BluRay live concerts, etc. That system comes in at just a little under $85,000 including speakers.*My day system is a Marantz 7705 flagship Pre-amp, paired with the Marantz 7055, 5 channel surround amp using MIT interconnects. I use just 3 channels for my day system, two Kilpsch Heresy's for main L&R and this Klipsch R-52C center channel. Speakers are wired using 256 strand, pure OFC 10 ga wire with gold plated banana plug terminations. The subwoofer in the day system is the McIntosh MT-2, dual 12" giant 100 pound passive sub, 4 Ohm, hooked to a 300W plate amp made for subs only, and made for 4 Ohm speakers/subs.First thing one notices is this little center channel speaker is HEAVY, and clearly well constructed! For those familiar with specs, this speaker is efficient and easy for an amp to run. All Klipsch products can get loud yet remain clear - though this is far from my top priority. But, presenting an easy load to your amp to run is a win win. The Heresy's also present a very manageable load to an amp, so all 3 hooked to my day system is not a rough load to handle as most 4 Ohm speakers WILL be. Always try to match speakers impedance hooked to one surround amp. Other words, keep all of them 8 Ohm or 6 Ohm - even if different brands. FEW amps will run 4 Ohm speakers well, (cheap amps might even struggle with 6 Ohm speakers at volume) or long, so be careful when buying speakers. This center channel provided exactly what I'd hoped as it does a good job with human voice articulation and clarity. If you feed it a quality signal, you get a quality result. I do have a spare Pioneer Elite disc player with excellent audio quality for CD's hooked to this system for casual listening while cleaning house, working on projects, and non-critical listening. While this modest center channel is excellent for voices, movies, TV shows, non-critical sit down listening sessions - especially after fine tuning the signals reaching it via the VERY adjustable Marantz 7705 Pre, it's performance on audio while entirely listenable, fits into it's price range niche. For most if not all non-audiophiles this center channel would be a very nice addition to their system for years of enjoyment. It does not however, have the depth, width, sound stage to hear fine details such as a performer taking a barely audible quiet breath while singing on a well recorded SACD as more expensive units might. Or present a virtual "being there" sense of space more expensive models might - and some do. That said, to step up to "being there" sound staging, depth, space, width and presence - you ARE going to HAVE to spend at least likely triple - or more .......... to attain that level of engineering and delicacy of sound that entails. In summary, for 90% of the people reading this, for modest yet capable systems hooked to this Klipsch, you will have made an excellent purchase and enjoy it for many years. If you are younger and want LOUD rock shows, this speaker will do that, and survive to do it again, and again. Clean, precise, clear audio signals is not what generally harms a speakers components, dirty or distorted signals do.For the NEW price of $149 (I just paid $179 a month ago), you honestly could not go wrong provided you don't think you are buying a $1,400 Dyneaudio center channel.

Makes any speakert better for just $20
So, I just turned 50 and decided to buy myself a whole new gaming PC setup. A new standing desk, gaming computer, ultrawide monitor, LEDs; wall art, paint job, yeah, I dropped $4000 on that setup. You know, just like every YouTuber who gets to write off their streaming/editing setup because they make a video out of it. But I’m just a dude who’s worked at a public school for 30 years, so every aspect of my setup was decided by a bang-for-your-buck criteria. So, when I purchased speakers for my gaming setup, after research, I went with sub $100 Edifier powered monitors (the ones with 15,00 reviews). It was such an improvement from the free, tiny PC speakers that came with my previous PC. Amazing. I loved them so much I started researching near-field powered monitors and started watching YouTube videos about what speakers these YouTubers decided to use in their own setups. I was ready to drop $300 - $500 on better speakers because I went from 1 to 10 with the Edifiers; I wanted to go Klipsch or Elac and see if I could go to 20. Most of these YouTube guys edit with near-field power monitors and, price notwithstanding, I noticed all of them had their speakers on stands or mounted to the wall so that the speakers where at eye level. Or ear level. I just had my speakers sitting on my desk, pointing straight forward, not towards my ear. So, I started researching desktop speaker arms that could raise my speakers 18” off my desk to improve my experience. But they all cost $100 or more. And they’re ugly. Remember, this is a bang-for-your-buck build. Then, after an hour or so of browsing Amazon, I came across these speakers stands that perform the same function for $20. These stands point your speakers directly to your ears, they are supper cheap, and you’ll notice a significant difference in your music delivery. Amazing sound from >$100 speakers and the sound doubles with these $20 speaker stands. Buy them…they are cheap, simple, and amazing. One note: when I purchased these speaker stands, they looked metal in the pictures, but they are rubbery. Still though, they work flawlessly.

Tried 8 speakers, kept 3. This was one of them.
Here's the speakers I tried:Tribit XSound Go (kept it and love it, for listening inside in a quiet room).Logitech Roll 2 (Kept it, only use it for listening to videos because the other speakers I liked better for sound, but they have an audio delay when watching videos).Oontz Angle 3 Ultra - I thought it sounded muddy. Returned it.Aomais Go-Jr - pretty good sound but it wasn't quite loud enough for what I wanted it for (listening outside). Returned it.Aomais U-go - I thought the sound was better on the Go-Jr even though the battery is better on the U-Go. They weren't too different though, and neither was loud enough for me for outdoor listening. Returned it.Anker Soundcore Motion+. The sound quality on this thing was awesome, and volume was very good for its size. I like that it can be paired with another in stereo. It looks and feels high quality. I'd have kept this one for indoor listening over the Tribit if price was no object. I'd have kept it for outdoor listening if I wanted my solution to be compact. However, my priority was high volume high quality sound, and for that, the W-King D8 beat the Anker by quite a margin.Alpatronix "60W" speaker that looks identical to the W-King D8. They advertise it as "updated" from 40W to 60W. I don't buy it. To me, the D8 was clearly louder and had better sound at the higher volumes. Finally, the one I kept and love: W-king D8. IMO, it looks like crap. Its big, heavy, and cheap looking, and has a big ugly W-KING written on it. But the sound knocks the socks off everything else I tried. I use it outdoors for hosting little dance parties, and I also listen to it indoors. At low volumes I think it's a bit bass heavy, but the bass drops off to an even level at volumes 50% and above. Indoors I listen to it around 60%. Outdoors around 90%. I like that this thing doesn't live in max volume, like my other speakers do. A good sign. I bought a second one and they paired well with each other. The sound is amazing, rich full, loud. Batterly life isn't super great. I only get maybe 4 hours or so at high volumes.
