Constantly Fails, Therefore Must Reboot Constantly
I hate this product. It constantly needs to be disconnected as it constantly thinks it's failing. At least the failing part is bogus so I just unplug it then replug it back in the USB port. It's also slow compared to the 8G Seagate model. Oh well. Live and learn.

Nice and comfortable
Works great. Now I don’t have to have a Bluetooth in my ear constantly. Easy to use. Does not fall off

Decent value for price
The mic constantly needs to be replugged into the USB it's as if it powers itself off or windows stops recognizing it. I have many USB devices and none of them do this. The sound quality is decent for the price and the arm is sturdy. I wanted to like this mic but having to constantly plug it in and out of the USB is really annoying. It didn't start doing this until 2 or 3 weeks after I had it so I missed the return window.**UPDATE 7/22/2019**The customer support manager reached out to me directly via email and offered to make things right by sending a newer revisions of this Mic! I happily accepted and they even sent it with overnight shipping! So far the new revision is working great and I have had no issues so far. This is by far the best customer service I have experienced and I did not expect it. I highly recommend this product for the price, quality, and customer service!

Functionally great with some quirks
Love the product and the range of motion, but the little arm cap plastic things are constantly popping off and driving me to drink… took them off and it doesn’t look as slick, but works great. 4/5

Cute and handy
I like the noises, however I didn't realize it doesn't run constantly, it shuts off after 45 minutes or an hr.

The explanation for his powers are a bit far fetched seeing how he lives, but overall this film is superb.

Great nightlight
Unless your house is extremely bright in the daytime, these little light will stay on constantly and only go off When you turn on a light
