Great customer service
The drone stopped working (one side would not take off) after a day. Contacted customer service and they immediately sent a replacement.

Very nice drone for beginners flys nicely and video transmission is pretty good. Had a slight hiccup with sending me a used drone but it was resolved quickly and I was sent a replacement right away. A+ for customer service to the two reps I spoke with.

Great Little Drone for the Price
For the price, this is a great little drone. Especially for beginners, but experienced pilots can have a lot of fun with this drone too. DeeRC customer service is also great. They are responsive and helpful.
