Update: after using the headphones for some time now, I can only add that they're super precise for monitoring applications (I use them for subtitling, and they're excellent for understanding the dialog even at 25/100 volume). The pouch is handy, too. Brilliant!Very comfortable, in my opinion the best in range (I don't think the 60% price bump for the M50x's is justified, plus I've read that the bigger driver of the latter actually disbalances the sound), they have an extra, user-replacable cable (my old AKG's' Achilles heel - they still work but the cable has to be repaired every now and then), and they are quite well balanced. I use them both for music and for subtitling (i.e. when I need to make out what the person is saying, and the script is crappy), and they are stellar in either role. They are comfortable even after several hours of use, despite the considerable size of my lemon. Plus it's super cool that you can detach the cable when you're travelling in order to protect the jack. There's even a handy pouch for the geeks like me.As for build quality, they seem quite sturdy, and I think the whole headband is metal, but I also bought a headphone holder (Sennheiser HH 10) to shield them from my clumsy self. All the plastic bits seem solid, though, so with a little TLC they should be able to brave my hostile desk for decades. Bravo, AT!

The speakers on my MacBook Pro needed to be repaired/replaced. Call around to get an idea of the cost. WOW, labor cost alone amounted to more than $175! So I decided to make what has turned out to be an excellent decision. I bought one of these little OontZ Angle 3 Bluetooth Portable Speakers. To my ears the sound quality is top notch. It is at least as good as the speakers that came with my MacBook, if not better. As for the volume, I have never had to push it to the max even while streaming movies. The sound is as advertised, “Crystal Clear”. The battery life has proven to be long lasting between charges and is easily charged via usb when necessary. In conclusion, this little dynamo of a speaker is well worth your consideration either as a replacement or stand alone. I highly recommend it!

Once I received my order I had a few issues with it and realized it didn’t work the way I needed it to. I returned it and received a refund. A short while later I got a letter from Vanmass apologizing for the problem. They explained the problem and why it happened. Then they sent me a new holder at no charge to me without me even asking. As I said, I’d already received a refund. So I gave the new one a try and it works perfectly. The issues I had with the first had been addressed and repaired or redesigned. The new one is great and I am very happy with it. As a bonus for my trouble they sent me a gift. A HUB with 4 USB connections. Very nice. Their customer service went above and beyond and I appreciate it. And their product was great.

Tightening clamp screw stripped as I was securing it on my bike. This should be made of tool steel at minimum. Adjustable arm and camera mount seems robust, but I'll never know since I never even got to use it. Will return and look elsewhere.ULANZI reached out to me after submitting my original 1-star review, so kudos to them. I started the return process, but I didn't want to give up just yet as the rest of it is really well made. I repaired the stripped T-handle on the mount with JB Weld that I already have on hand and so far it has held up. So I still have a few days left on my return window, but it looks like it's a keeper.

After posting they contacted me and assured me they would treat the product as if under warranty, even without the receipt. I stopped by at lunch and they repaired it on the spot. Total time 5 minutes. I would buy their products again. You can't find that level of support these days. And happily given too. Many thanks!!!previous post...I rec'd this for Christmas, but didn't like the sounds so didn't use it much. Then I acquired a very noisy neighbor and had to use it often. I got used to the sounds, knew how to use it in the dark, and was generally adapting to it, then the light broke followed within 1 week by the main knob stopping all function. Since it was a gift, I have no receipt and cannot return it. But I will try a different manufacturer, for my next one. I expect it to last more than 2 months. My previous unit, a Sharper Image, had a clock and CD player. It lasted about 5 years. Maybe I just got a dink, this time?

We received this baby monitor as a gift off our baby registry. We have been using this monitor for a year and a half now and it has still been going strong. Our roomba ate the cord once but that was an easy replacement. The VOX setting is very nice and I love that the camera has such a large tilt radius. Over the last week however, I noticed that the power jack won’t hold a charge anymore unless it’s being held in. I contacted support about this just asking how I could go about getting it repaired or replaced, fully expecting to buy a new parent unit like I did for my power cord. Customer service was excellent and shipped me out a new monitor for free! Outstanding service. Thank you.

I have the original sound machine and the new smaller travel mini sound machine. Both work exceptionally well. The sounds which I use (ocean and rain) are very soothing and they drown out all other noises in the evening. I use the larger machine every night. The strongest recommendation for purchasing one these products is the tremendous support provided by the company. My larger machine stopped working about two weeks ago. I called the company for assistance. The phone was an answered on the second ring by a knowledgeable technician. I was advised that the company would repair my machine or replace it at no cost if the machine could not be repaired. After discussing the symptoms the technician recommend that the memory card be replaced. The card was mailed to me the same day and arrived 2-3 days later. It took me less than five minutes to install and reboot. This cured the problem and the machine works s if it were new. This was a rewarding experience to deal with a company who backs their products regardless of whether they are still under warranty or not. Give these products a try.RickJacksonville, FL5/4/2016

An amazing product - made napping a game changer in our house. We use it at home for naps and send it to daycare for them to use there. It's really helped my daughter to stay asleep. It's loud enough that we could probably get away with just using this one, but we also have the larger Marpac Dohm for nighttime. I had to send them Dohm back for service after several months of nightly use. Company was great and repaired our machine quickly and returned it to us. I'm considering getting these for my older kids as well.
