item is great! App needs work
the product is good but the app functionality and GUI could use work. The options and tool icons should be able to be set up for left or right side of the screen, and you should be able to take a picture by just tapping the screen.

Tiffen makes a good product for a good price
I have used tiffen filters for years & once had to deal with customer service because of an error I made. They were great!

Use the lights for applying makeup, but should've purchased larger lights for more coverage.....my mistake

The key to no hassle perfect experience with reusa
I also bought mine at Costco because of the price like another user with a bad experience. But then he can take back the unit anytime he wants, like an extended warranty. But I want to tell you how good it is and what you might do or those that use a reasonable pod. They don't always supply a funnel scooper.... get one. The new pod they provide is deeper and I like using the paper filters for easy clean out. With a finger, you can push the filter to the bottom and smooth it to the sides. With the funnel scoop, dump your coffee ad use the flat side to tap it down then finish dumping. 1 spoop is perfect. Lock your lid down and when done the filter should come out with one swing at the trash can. Then just a light rinse is all you need and ready for the next person.

These work great, my only complaint would be the base unit and speaker should share the same cord style so you can swap back and forth, and both ends should be able to use batteries as well.
