The best choice
This 2 axis phone stabilizer is amazing. The app seems much improved from the previous version and it works as described with all features. Only downside is the app takes a lot of battery to run on your phone so be ready to charge it after a good use.

Greatest monitor and customer service EVER!!!
We bought this monitor back in 2018 and it has worked WONDERS! the video quality is great, and the night vision is an added bonus. Not to mention the temperature display. This is an all around great monitor.4 days ago the charger on our monitor started to go bad, it wouldn't charge the monitor from any position it was in. Again, we bought it in 2018 so it was a few years old.. the only position it would charge in was speaker down & for obvious reasons this was less than ideal. I contacted customer service and they helped me order a replacement monitor. 4 days later it arrived and I was given instructions on how to pair the new monitor with the current camera immediately when they started the replacement process.I HIGHLY recommend this monitor and the amazing and swift response from customer service was astounding. Everyone needs this monitor!!

Lots of good features.
Really wanted a monitor with video feature because just hearing when baby cries isn't sufficient for me. I wanted to be able to monitor if shes in a safe position, breathing steady, etc. This monitor does everything I needed it to and more. The video is good quality, even in little/no light. The 2 way talk feature is super easy to operate and surprisingly useful. There are lots of other features I am figuring out how to use, and the menu & instructions are pretty comprehensive. The battery life is just a tad to be desired, but there is a standby type powersaver feature as well shouldit be needed. The only thing I'm not really a fan of is that the actual camera must always be plugged in to an outlet in order to connect with the monitor. Definitely recommend this, really good product for a very decent price.

Peace of mind and security
I was so excited to get this monitor. I am a new grandmother and didn't know what to expect with a monitor today but comparing this to the ones when my children were little is like night and day. Not only can I see the baby, I am alerted by sound when she wakes up or is beginning to wake. So nice to know the DXR-8 is on the job night or day. It is peace of mind for me to know what is going on with the baby at any time. It has many nice features and is easy to operate, I even bought another camera to connect to the system for a new baby sister coming. So nice to use in a playroom also, for those quick trips out of the room to answer the door etc. Everyone should have at least one of these in there home!

Just buy it, it's great!
Awesome! Just a fantastic, fun, easy to use, impressive piece of tech! I bought it for some training, just so I could fire-up some videos (completely frivolous) but it was so easy to set up and customise, I started playing, I now have sub-menus for controlling my camera and mic in teams and zoom, I've a panel of sound effects (because that was fun - I'll never use them!) And I've connected to my lights, to switch them to different colours during presentations (which I've never done, I just can now, if the mood ever takes me! - which kind-of sums it up really! - you don't need it, but you won't regret having it!

Great, reliable baby monitor!
This is a great baby monitor. We didn’t want a monitor that connected to our phones (incessant notifications every time your baby moves which if you have a newborn is a lot) so this fit the bill. We like how you can zoom in and turn the camera to the left or right using the monitor. The night vision is really good! I wish the picture quality was a little more clear but it’s perfectly fine. The lights on the side light up when the baby makes noise (green for a little noise and red for a lot of noise). Also, the monitor has a little stand in back so you can prop it up on your table or wherever you put it down. We’re really happy with this monitor and we’d highly recommend it to other parents!

must buy product that alleviates new parents’ anxi
As a new parent, I wanted something that allowed me to monitor my infant when I was not in the room. Originally, I thought a nest cam would work but didn’t like the fact that I had to use my phone. After this purchase, it helped alleviate all my anxiety as a new parent when my infant was sleeping. The camera allows me to see and hear my infant without being in the room. The battery life is also excellent on this product and I love that it uses a rechargeable battery. Highly recommend this as a must have product for new parents. One thing that I do not understand is why sometimes the monitor says it is out of range. This happens once in a while and self corrects but curious what causes this.

Better battery life than advertised, great video q
Purchased 4 months ago and mounted outside. Very easy set up with home WiFi. Easy to mount. Great clarity in the video and motion sensing day and night. On original batteries at 48% charge after 4 months in the winter outside in northern California pointing toward a sidewalk and street so picks up a lot of motion. The only think strange and unexpected about the camera is the motion sensing seems to be better in certain pockets of range, meaning - it picks up cars driving down the street 30 ft away but not people walking down the sidewalk at 20 feet away. I think it has to do with where in the field of vision the motion sensing is more finely tuned. To adjust of that we've had to play a bit with the positioning. I do love the scheduling and geofencing features - this is a great little tool!

Great baby monitor and amazing customer service!!!
We Iove this baby monitor because unlike the other ones where you just use your phone to see your baby, this cannot be hacked. I was really scared when I heard people actually hacked baby monitors and start talking bad words to babies/parents. But with this one I have peace of mind. Also, customer service was phenomenal. We had an issue with the sound of our camera so I contacted customer service and Cristina L went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. She tried to troubleshooting over the phone but since it didn’t work, she send me a replacement. Working with her during the return process was great. Definitely recommend infant optics!
