of using it on iPhone 11 pro max, the gimbal app won’t pair with the gimbal. And that sucks!
I just got the product and love it in general, but the gimbal app for the 11 pro max doesn’t want to pair with the gimbal at all, SUCKS!!!!. Is there any solution to this? I don’t want to return it.

Amazing!
I’m very impressed with this camera. I wasn’t expecting the picture quality to be as good as it is but this has excelled my expectations. I’ve put this in my childrens room and it has given me absolute peace of mind when they are up there playing together. The picture quality is outstanding and you have the added bonus of audio too. The connection does drop out every now and then but that could be due to Wi-Fi problems and not the device itself. It works off an app so you can either watch it through the monitor it comes with or you can link it to other devices so you can watch through that too. You have to type a password in to be able to connect to it, giving you the added protection from hackers. I highly recommend this!

It’s an extremely affordable and very easy to set
Honestly it’s the best camera I have bought yet and almost the least expensive - I set it up once on my wifi- changed password, bought some cloud storage and it sends me notifications as much or little as I want and it is amazing. Not the best quality pic out ther and maybe not even close but if someone is breaking into my house, I don’t need the see there sweat in a 4K quality or whatever because I would be heading for safety. If you want a super affordable, good quality price of mind then this is the one but if your a Karen whose in need of the top of the line quality picture just so you can post them all to social media and bash others because you’re miserable look elsewhere - I myself will be buying 3 more

Very nice baby monitor and great for monitoring el
This is a very cool little baby monitor, and not just for babies. I use it to help support my very ill wife.The controls are fairly easy to learn although the "manual" is printed in very small print; an 11-year-old or a magnifying glass help.The receiver is unique in that it has its own rechargeable battery. I carry it when I need to go a short distance from my house. Range is around 75 ft (23 meters).In good light the display is in color; in poor light or completely dark conditions it switches automatically to infrared and the carera has its own IR LEDs. The screen becomes black and white with good resolution.Receiver controls for pan and tilt on camera unit work fine whether the receiver is connected to charger or not.No problems with pairing; units came pre-paired.Recommended.

Great if you want to check on baby without waking
This is a good monitor if you want to check on your child without entering the room. I thought an audio monitor would be sufficient, but I’m glad I got this so I can see if my baby is actually sleeping. I had some issues with the monitor freezing up, but the customer service team was great and sent me a new one. No issues after that. I’d like to see improved night vision. I only use the monitor when it’s dark in my daughter’s room (naps or bedtime), and the video quality is not nearly as good as when the lights are on. It’d be great to be able to see if the baby is breathing on camera (tall order, I know...but if you’re a parent you know how important this is!!).

AMAZING
I was very hesitant to order this system as it’s not “name brand” turns out it’s better then name brand. I had a Motorola before this, absolutely trash, I returned it to Amazon. After much research everyone recommended hellobaby and i would 10/10 buy it again. My monitor did not work, the packaging was damaged. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one and it worked (faulty monitor not their fault as it was clearly damaged in shipping) they were so great to work with! My only complaint is that it’s very zoomed in so you have to have the camera pretty far away from the subject you are monitoring but it’s not a deal breaker for us. If this monitor were to break, I’d buy one again. -still true after 6 months

Very happy with this product, but can use a redesi
I like this product alot and only have one complaint. Basically the product can be broken down into three sections, the table clamp, arm and phone clamp.The table clamp was great and is easy to adjust. It spreads enough to fit about any table.The arm is my only complaint. Pro: It’s a very sturdy arm once you get it in place and it keeps the camera steady as you’re taking pictures. Con: I wish the arm was about six inches longer and I wish it could swing to and away from you without having to bend the the arm again.The phone clamp is just fine and should clamp any phone out there.Overall? I’d would buy it again if I ever lost or break the one I have.

Amazing Baby Monitor!
I have been using my Eufy security baby monitor for a year and a half and it has been great day/or night time. Amazing quality, you DO NOT need Internet to use, just make sure your monitor is well charged, and your camera plugged in to an outlet. Recently my monitor blacked out, and I couldn't see a thing, I called Customer Support and my 1 year warranty was over, Tomas the agent was nice enough and patient to stand by their customer service and allow me to get a brand new baby monitor, and send back the old one. I was so happy about how even after my warranty was over, they made an exception! Thank you again Tomas!

Super clear sound. UPDATE: BATTERY LIFE
UPDATE: battery life only lasts 5-20 minutes after 3 months. It shows full battery and sometimes it doesn’t even warn you and just turn off. I can’t use it unless monitor is plugged in.——————————————————-This is the first baby monitor I’ve ever purchased. I’ve had it for a month and I like it so far. Very clear sound, wide view, and easy to use. Some reviews say the lullabies are too loud but I don’t have that issue since the camera is on a wall mount. The only complain I have is that I sound like a robot when I try to use the 2 way speaker. So I scare the baby and my eldest can’t understand what I’m saying.
