Updated: Stopped Working After 2 Uses
Updated: I was contacted by the seller last week via Amazon and they arranged for a refund. Very happy that they do stand behind their products. I hate that mine only lasted two uses but will be searching for a replacement from their shop.Original Review: Used this product twice and on the second use the gimbal would not stabilize or hold the phone level. Tried the reset mentioned in the guide provided and that did not help either. Tried to use the support link and get a “404” page not found error. The return window has closed so I’m stuck with useless plastic, for the price this should have been better quality.
