Best speakerphone i've had
I have had this speaker for about 3 years now and have never had a problem with it. I literally have this turned on 24/7, plugged into my laptop brick via USB.The sound quality is amazing, very clear and the volume is great (adjustable). I use it with Microsoft Teams so i dont know if it is the speaker or MS Teams but it does a good job with noise canceling. I have an under the desk treadmill that I use during meetings, and the people on the receiving end cannot hear my treadmill.

does exactly what I wanted
My husband, especially in the kitchen, was always propping his phone on items on the shelf so when i looked for a stand, this was perfect. it looks good, it is sturdy, it holds his phone in vertical or horizontal position. so i am very pleased with this purchase.

just what i needed for meetings
i wanted something for my work laptop that gives me more volume and get the mic closer to me for online meetings, works fine with webex.

Worked great for what I needed
I have a set of Creative 7.1 surround speakers that have outlasted most of the sound cards that they were purchased with. Because of the way that they tried to cram 7.1 channels into 3 connectors, I thought I might not be able to continue using them. With some extra 1/8" stereo jumpers, this solution works perfectly! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that a couple of the connectors needed some "finesse" to get seated properly. Otherwise, no issues. Using with Win11. Didn't answer the volume control/tech support questions because I haven't needed either.

Amazing quality for the price. I was not expecting
I was skeptical at first given the price point but boy this thing can jam! Sounds quality is great, and it is very durable. I use it for music while working, I use it for yard work, and light workouts. 100% recommend.

Worked perfectly for what I needed
The sound card on my Dell computer was terrible. Bought this so I could set up my old 5.1 speaker system to my computer. Sounds great and was super easy to install.
