Nice produc!
Good product but balance screw did not work. Chat with company indicated it was known issue. Said to return or he could send a video to repair myself. Video was in Chinese language so I decided to return.

Easy to install, but missing parts.
This lock was very easy to install, connects to phone even without internet, Auto Unlock when I return home. Only reason for four stars instead of five is box was missing the door sensor. Will update of corrected.

NO MORE COMING HOME TO A DARK HOUSE
I was always nervous to return home after dark. Now with my smart switch, I can turn on any or all of the lights inside and outside of my house. I feel so much more secure - even if Ihear a noise at nght, I can tell alexa to turn on the lights. Love it!

Toddler Easter Gift
When he opened the box of the Microscope, there was one of the plastic ties cut and lying in the bottom of the box. It was an obvious toy that had been returned, restocked and resold on my order. Disappointing to know another household had this toy in their home in the “Pandemic Era” and my Grandson was excited to keep it! A Return was out of question!

Working from home? Got two monitors? Benfei HDMI
Like a lot of people I work from home and needed to set up dual monitors. I purchased a $100 docking station that didn't work. Had to return it. Frustrating. The screens were flickering; kept getting the no signal screen. Couldn't get any work done. It was disaster. Then I saw a youtube video that explained how to use a HDMI to VGA adapter to connect a laptop to an additional monitor and voila! It worked. Only cost me $7. Thank goodness for Amazon's return policy.

How to return this item
Unfortunately this item does not fit my door it is a very good product but it seems I can no longer return this item I'm very dissaponted I'm a loyal shopper @Amazon. Any assistance you can offer to me would greatly appreciated.

Works well with my dogs
Occasionally I have to leave my furbabies alone when I go to work. It helps that I can check on them periodically until I return home. Easy setup too.
