Good gimbal, good app
I give 2 stars because the device itself works without the app, but much important functionality accompanies the app which isn't connecting via Bluetooth on my Android phone.1. While fully charged, the mode light blinks, which according to the manual means the battery is low.2. Bluetooth is finicky or doesn't work. I'm using an Android 10 on OnePlus 7T. I'm following the instructions to use their app to connect. Their barebones app connects but there's no camera functionality. After it connects the app crashes. I tried downloading Hohem Studio for Android which apparently is the camera app. But bluetooth is dead. When I try to connect via that app, it never sees the device, so there's no functionality.Very very very disappointing. What's worse, it's over 12 months since my wife bought it (never used it until now), so we'll probably get absolutely zero support. Never used and already major problems. :-(

Soft box light is like photoshop - it'll make you
First the negative. When I was putting this together as you can see in the photo, a metal part that the bulb screws into came loose from the fixture. I unscrewed it from the bulb and snapped it back into place and then was able to screw the bulb back in. No harm no foul I guess. But something is up with that construction that isn't perfect. I'd say 4 stars on the construction of it.The positives. This soft box is versitile. Really like the remote. The light can be warmer or colder temp and has a dimming feature so you can get it the right brightness. It's not too large so it's easy to just leave set up. I'd recommend this even just for being on zoom calls.We shot a holiday video with it for work and everyone thought we had used a really expensive camera. But the softbox is like photoshop in a light. It softens your skin and makes you look younger on video. For sure recommend.

A great deal
I don't know why anybody would pay full retail price for the go Pro brand accessories when you could get this set for a great deal. I used all of these on a recent trip to Maui and they worked surprisingly well. Or all of them except the floating handle thing. I had my go Pro amounted to a paddleboard using the suction cup mount and had a floating thing attached. The suction cup released my camera went overboard in 20 feet of water and immediately sank to the bottom while the floaty thing popped right off. It's great as a handle two years went snorkeling but other than that I don't trust it. I had to scramble to enlist the help of another friendly snorkeler or two to help me locate it which I luckily got back.Bottom line: they are well-made, a great deal and fit as designed.

Magnetic Vent mount
Im an Uber driver so I have to have my phone readily visible and right in front of me to accept trips. Ive always had it on a suction cup mount on windshield and this worked fine. Recently I bought a dash camera and the phone mount was in the way so did some research. I settled on the WizGear magnetic mount as I liked the idea that it is easy to remove it if needed. My phone is an IPhone 6 Plus so its one of the larger ones. I was concerned that the magnet wouldnt hold it and that the vent clip would be an issue. Ive used it for months now and can report Im very happy with it. It stays where you place it and doesnt shift around much at all. The adjustments allow tightening the unit in place and you can also tighten the angle of display. Definitely my favorite phone mount this far and Ive had at least a half dozen diferent ones over the years.

Excellent Performance, Unmatched Customer Service!
I purchased this monitor in June 2019 and have been using with a two-camera setup. It worked great for almost 2.5 years until the monitor finally gave out (it would randomly shut off despite a charged battery and would not power back on ... if the battery was removed for about an hour, the monitor would work again for a short period until the same problem recurred).Like most consumer electronic items, the monitor came with a standard one-year warranty.I contacted customer service regarding the defective product almost 1.5 years after the warranty expired. After several troubleshooting steps, the agent concluded that the item was indeed defective. And without even asking, the agent offered to REPLACE THE MONITOR at no charge! All I had to do was ship the broken monitor back, and Infant Optics shipped a replacement monitor to me ... despite being 1.5 years out of warranty!!! No other company would do that. Incredible customer service!!

Excellent customer service
This baby monitor was purchased in December 2018 in anticipation of our son being born in January 2019. After use for a year and half, the monitor stopped working -- nothing appeared on the screen, although the charging lights came on (on the side) -- and there had been no dropping, breakage or anything on our end. A replacement battery was purchased in case that was the problem, but did not fix the issue. I contacted Infant Optics customer service and Charmie, the customer representative, responded promptly and walked me through several steps to try to fix the issue. The suggested steps did not work, and the monitor was outside of the 1 year warranty; however, Charmie accommodated a replacement of the monitor only. I was told to keep the batteries and camera and return just the monitor, and the new monitor was sent to me overnight. I used my old battery in the new monitor and it is working again perfectly. I appreciated that this company stood by its product. Thank you for a positive customer service experience.

Perfect Day & Night Videos - Catches EVERY Movemen
The media could not be loaded.
A great Motion Detector. Easy to physically install. Easy to load APP. From the APP, I can turn the camera almost 360 degrees, including up and down. My office is in my home, back bedroom. I do not hear when someone comes to our front door or delivers packages. This motion detector captures the movement at the front of our home and sends me an immediate alarm. Exciting to see the picture of the front and porch on both my mobile phone and my smart watch.A perfect way to let me know packages have been delivered.A perfect way to let me know when anyone is near the front of our house.I am now relaxed. When I get a FRONT notice, I can see the video and then head out to retrieve the package - or ignore salesman - or allow in a friend.

Excellent Product, Excellent Customer Service!
This is the second of these monitors I have purchased, as I needed an extra camera and decided to have a back up monitor. I have been through 4 different monitors before I found Moonbaby and I have nothing but good things to say about the product and customer service. The picture quality is good, and clear, I can see the baby breathing, which eases my anxiety at night when baby sleeps longer than normal. I love the talk back feature, it is great for my 3yr old to calm him before he falls asleep. My original monitor had some issues and I sent and email to support with a picture of the problem and they quickly replaced the monitor with a new model and gave instructions on how to pair the new monitor (the original purchase of my first monitor was over a year ago). Excellent product, excellent customer service!

no more countdown timer!! Great idea and great Rem
I am very happy I got this remote control. I take selfie often or place my phone in a place to capture pictures and this makes it so much easier to take a picture. No more needing to do the timer countdown and hurry and get in position. I just press the button. blam done! I haven't tested the range on this but should be the same as a Bluetooth device since this is Bluetooth. That would means about 30 feet you can still use this with your camera. So simply if you take pictures a lot use this. It takes the picture right when you press the button. It uses a battery that it comes with. Like a watch battery. Very very simple to use and setup. I have iPhone.I received this product for a discount in exchange for a review. I only want to review items that I think will be great. So far so good. lol
