Revived the product with a flaw and customer service was right on it and immediately fixed the problem! As for the mount it is working great and functioning properly.

The sound is good. Nice size. I use them to listen to music when I do my homework. They keep out most outside noise.Edit: Right headphone stopped working before 10 good uses.Edit 2020: Maybe, I put these down for two years and they were just sitting in my room. I checked to make sure the right side still wasn't working, because I was getting ready to throw them away, after ordering a second new pair (2 from other brands). Both sides are working now. I don't know how that happened, but they still sound really good and the cushions don't hurt my ears much after hours of use. I've been using them almost every day for the past two months. I love the volume control. I can cancel out anything I don't want to hear.

Good headset. First one was defective but I was able to get a replacement right away. It’s not too loud but the headphone itself does cancel out all surrounding noise. And I have a small head and it’s very spacious

Better than my 400$ nuraphones
Bass done right! I dropped big money on some nuraphones to use at the gym thinking they would have the bass and volume I needed at the gym but these 140$ headphone blow the nuraphones out the water
