Fantastic bass!
Great value for listening to music without wires. I got these because I already had the Bluedio Turbines for several years, and I trust its quality.Pros:If you are a bass head, you will enjoy its 7 mm drivers.It offers smooth crisp sound.Charge of each ear bud is fast.No buttons.USB-C to USB-A cable included.Very fast initial phone pairing.Instant subsequent phone pairing.Cons:Initial set up.Very sensitive touch controls.Explanation:The initial set up requires some tinkering to get both ear buds to sync with the phone together. Just put it back in its case, close the lid, and reopen. You should see one LED light on each bud. If only one bud lit up, then re-sync both buds in the charge box.Controls:Long Touch both buds = Power On / Off.Single tap either bud = Play / Pause.Double tap right bud = Volume down.Double tap left bud = Volume up.There are triple taps, but I haven't found any need for that.

Ear bud replacement
I bought these as a replacement for the ear buds lost when I moved, which didn't really work for me anyway. I think they are great for most people. I have yet to find any that will fit comfortably in my ears. I have small ears with deep canals and every pair I have ever bought will fall out even if I use the smallest set and push them in as far as possible. For the average person, though, I think these would be an excellent choice and highly recommend them if you're not like me: small ears and deep ear canals.

Painful
The sound quality is great, but the bumps by the ear bud hurt after a little bit

Different sizes of ear bud covers make for a good fit.

AN AWESOME BLUETOOTH
I like everything about this bluetooth except for the ear bud, which hurts my ear. Therefore, I have had to remove the ear bud and glued the ear hook onto where the ear bud was, and that is working pretty good. Previously I used a Motorola bluetooth which had a flat earpiece which was wonderful. However, they stopped making the brand I used; therefore, I ordered the Jabra due to its good ratings. The Jabra has excellent sound .. I have had no distortion at all and no echos. The battery life has been great. If it weren't for the earbud, I would have rated this 5 stars.

Small ear buds need met
Needed small ear bud - they are perfect size. Product comes with multiple ear bud covers, so plenty of choices. Sound is very good. Works well for me.
