Fit great in my ears. Not afraid of it falling out. No physical button.
The ear pod itself fit perfectly in my ear. No fear of it falling out while running. The design is almost perfect. My biggest complaint is the lack of a physical button. I do not like the touch controls, which didn't always work on my Android Pixel 2 phone.

Just outside of my return window this quit working. The power light would blink red and after working for a minute or so it would shut off. HOWEVER, after leaving a one star review, a customer service rep reached out to me very promptly and sent me a new sound machine that has been working great. Pleasant sounds and gets the job done.

Amazing Headset
I absolutely LOVE my Bluetooth headset. With the pandemic I am working from home more often and this headset allows me the freedom to move around within my office and home and still handle the influx of calls with professionalism and clarity. Well done! I have already recommended this headset to several of my working from home professionals!

Updated: Great product
Product broke after 3 months, it was cute and comfortable so I gave it originally 3 stars simply because the connector stopped working. After my post the supplier provided a replacement at no cost. Great customer service and new product working great.
