Little cutie!!!
It does what it says. It comes in handy. Does all the tricks for the family video and picture activities WITHOUT me ALWAYS being behind the camera!!.

After the first one worked so well, I bought anoth
This is a truly good little camera, mixed in with a LOT of garbage that's also out there. In daylight outside, inside with good lighting or even decent lighting it's great. Night vision on both of these is decent, but gave it a purplish cast. Haven't tried motion sensor yet, don't need it. These are the smallest cubes I've found and have very good resolution at 1080P/720P as long as there's little movement. They're designed to be stationary, and that's where they really shine! I'm using them as alternate viewpoints when I video live music on stage, and then editing the footage in with handheld video shoots. Just keep them away from the speakers... they don't do vibration or movement so well! :-) Battery seems to be up to it's rating as well, and the learning curve isn't bad... the more you use it, the more second nature it becomes to switch resolutions. You won't find better in this price range... I know because I've tried. Until you get up around $100 for a Run Cam or similar, these will do nicely. Not great with up close resolution, but more than acceptable from 3-4 feet and and out. (FYI, I do have a Run Cam to compare with, and it's obvious that these have limitations. But for $75 cheaper, they are very useful for lots of people!).

Loving it so far. GREAT customer service. Still
This is a quality product. It's real strong point is the software. The touch screen and interface are exceptionally intuitive and well designed, not something I'm used to from most manufacturers outside of one in Cupertino. The build quality is quite high. For a tiny camera, it feels very solid. Battery life is excellent (2 hours+) and you can power it from the USB port (so: hook up an external micro USB powerbank and it'll run until the SD card fills up). The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the ability to connect to other devices. The only port on this is the microUSB. No hdmi out. No 3.5mm plug. Nada. Also, I bought this to stream live to facebook and there are zero instructions with the unit on how to do that (although their tech support sent me a link to a third party blog that wrote a post on how to do it that, so far, I haven 't gotten to work). IF that works, I'll up this to 5 stars. As a side note: the first unit I got was used. Opened box (NOT wrapped in plastic) with fingerprints on the unit and already (obviously) configured (not factory default settings). I complained to YI and they quickly sent me out a brand new unit and a shipping label to send back the old one. Impressive service.I'll keep working it and if I can get it streaming live to FB, I'll update this review with 1) how and 2) a 5th star.

Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo
Action cam dall'eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo.

Akaso V50X - The great and affordable action camer
I was thinking of getting an action cam for a good while and I didn't like the prices of go-pros so I looked into the Akaso V50X; I've had this camera for well over a month now and I will say, I love it. The touch screen makes it really easy to set up and the straps/other stuff came in handy for certain things I wanted to record. I haven't tried Diving Mode or Slow Motion Video but the Image Stabilization was nice to have since I can't handle looking at shaky screens too much. The remote was nice to have so I can stop recording at a press of a button or take a picture if needed, It did feel a bit cheap though. The case is great but getting used to the buttons on the case was a little tricky. It came with 2 batteries which is amazing and you can charge both at the same time. I like the picture/video quality but have yet to use in 4k but 1080p was great and made recording for long periods of time a lot easier on the battery life. I don't know much about the mic but if its in the case (which mine always was) I'm guessing you won't get much out of it. I will definitely recommend this to a friend if they ever need an action cam. It's nice and affordable.

White balance issues - resolved
I was pretty excited to get this little thing, the reviews were good, I was all in. And, if wasn’t for the horrible white balance, I would be otherwise pretty happy with it. The images and video after being corrected in post are good, but right out of the camera it looks awful, everything has a ugly green tint. Changing the white balance settings only offered slightly different versions of the same thing. The only reason that I gave it two as opposed to one star was that after adjusting in post everything looks pretty good. It’s just a bummer that the white balance is so very far off in every setting and circumstance.Update. This turned out to be user error. There is a special effects feature that gives you different color settings. Mine was set to green when it arrived. I only discovered this by accident playing around with the menus. Long story short, all good, the images and video have a very natural look to them without the green special effect filter turned on (no surprise). I would give this 5 stars, but the green special effect should not have been set out of the box. Also, the sound quality is pretty marginal. I wasn't expecting great things here, but it is definitely not great. Value for the money is very good though.

Awesome Upgrade - Akaso
I originally had the V50 and I use it for everything, zipline, cycling, scuba, swimming, kayaking and most recently in my Jeep. I love my original v50, but, it did have some quirks that seem to be addressed in the V50 X. #1, touchscreen - no need to go into detail on this one.#2, adjustable angle - when taking stills, the picture would get rounded out, not terrible, but this is now addressed#3, Dive mode - I can't tell you how many times i have left my filter behind and in the blue waters of FL, you need the filter #4, software upgrade and new mobile app - I always seemed to have an issue with the last software package and my phone, this one just seems to be more reliable. I do wish there were a few more MPs on the still frame, but, the 1080 and 4K video are simply amazing. I mean you are there in the video. Lastly #5 the image stabilizer in my original worked perfectly, if this one is upgraded, so be it as it works awesome. You can really tell when road cycling or trail riding in the Jeep or mountain bike. Now I have 2 and my family's trips are just going to get better. Can't say enough good things about this camera (s). Affordable, rugged and reliable.

works great but a few additional features would ma
We use this every couple of months for Board meetings that are held in a different town than our office, so we pack it up and take it along. We usually have about 10 people in the room and 3-6 on Zoom and it has worked great for us. I would say that the video and sound quality are quite good, and I have been amazed at how well it picks up people from a distance. Some improvements that would be appreciated:1. Include a longer cable to connect it to the laptop. In large spaces with more than a couple people, you need more flexibility with placement than the included 3-4 foot USB type-C to type-A cable allows.2. We were searching for a conference webcam/speaker that would withstand being moved from place to place, and so far this one has met expectations. It would be GREAT if a padded carrying case was included to make transporting it easier and safer, or even if one was available to purchase as an accessory. I have had to purchase a double wine tote to carry it easily/safely.3. It would be great if there was some way to adjust the camera up and down, to make it a bit more flexible.I see they have dropped the price a bit since I purchased a year ago, which is great. I think the $60-$75 price range would be appropriate.

Excellent, especially for the price!!
I was EXTREMELY hesitant to make this purchase as I love diving and snorkeling, and hate when I miss a chance to capture the beauty of marine life while doing so. I recently brought this along to Mexico to dive with whale sharks and snorkel the coast, and could not be happier. I also brought my old tried and true Olympus with underwater housing, and let my son use the Akaso because I didn't trust it would yield comparable photos, but I was pleasantly surprised! I wouldn't say the pictures were all better, but for 1/10th of the cost and ease of transport/ use, I would HIGHLY recommend the Akaso!!! I think the differences(or similarities) in image quality between this camera and my 4mp point and shoot are more related to my comfort with the Olympus and knowing how to stabilize/focus to get better quality shots. I truly believe that the Akaso will soon replace my reliance on my favorite Ole Olympus as I become more comfortable with the Akaso. Buy it if you are on the fence, you won't be disappointed--for the price you can't go wrong! The attached pictures are not even fully representative as I have many better fish pictures in my computer and I'm posting from my phone.
