Great iPhone photo accessory
i purchased this for the object tracking functionality. Unfortunately it does not work. I exchanged emails with the company's technical support team who acknowledged I was operating the unit correctly and they stated that their must be a problem with the associated App that they would let their R&D team know about. They suggested I return the product.

ignore the whiners!
First unit I purchased was defective. Amazon offered to refund or replace. I replaced as you can't expect every product to be flawless. New unit came a day later. Installed app (iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3), powered unit up, easily connected to wifi, added devices, created activities, and all worked flawlessly. I had little expectations for this product as I just happened upon it. I am very pleased with it. Will install app on my wife and kids devices and on an iPad laying around and will be good to go. Purchasing a second hub for another room. Disregard the complainers and try for yourself. Use Amazon prime so if you really don't like it return it. This is a simple easy to setup device. The app works great and is likewise very simple and clean. I love the swipe up and down for volume and left to right for channels. Cheers!

Amazing sound quality for the size!
Just received this yesterday - easy to use and the sound is great! We've travelled for years with a portable bluetooth speaker to have in hotel rooms, on the beach, etc. This one is four to five times smaller and much lighter weight. Includes a handy case so you can store/protect the speaker & charging cord, and you can play the speaker while it is in the case. Only slight glitch with connectivity is that I can't connect to it until my husband has gone through the steps on his phone to DIS-connect it from his bluetooth. Slightly annoying (this doesn't happen with other bluetooth devices) but easily overcome. Great value for the price and I know we will get a lot of use out of it!

Great speaker!
The speaker sounds great and plugs into my TV very easily. I also like the universal remote it comes with, and it consolidated my TV and speaker remote. This also replaced my Google Home which I like because it can't listen to you :)I don't recommend putting the remote in the mode where the large power button toggles the power of the speaker and the TV. Since the speaker (or your TV) can auto-off, this feature can get you in a funky state where you're turning one off and the other on at the same time. After a few months of having the remote that way and switching it back, I recommend just keeping them separate and using the other source power button to turn the TV on.The speaker is also a little bassy and I'm not sure it remembers my bass when I turn it town. My Spotify EQ is flat.

Excellent product and superior service
AMY is amazing. She provided very professional technical service. We had a problem accessing my NVR using one computer, suffered through a second very old and slow computer, then waited for me to get a third newer and faster computer to access the NVR. After waiting for this third computer, she was able to show me very easily how to download the recorded segment on my NVR, directly to my computer - which was what I wanted to do, but failed to be able to do on my own. I had tried two days on my own before calling in, and when AMY was reached, her patience and professionalism reflects a great company AMCREST! AMY is top shelf!

**Update** Works amazingly!!
Original unit** Charging unit doesn’t work. It lights up for exactly 1 minute and then the light goes away. I have an exact replica of their charging port from another device and I had the exact same issues. My logical guess is that it’s the receiving end of the charging port. I cannot use until this is fixed.Update: the original unit I received was broken from the inside where the port was to connect. It was something that was unfixable. The seller immediately sent me a new one and it works flawlessly. I like my music loud with base and this device is as almost as loud as my car speakers! Working with Margo was really nice and our exchanges were always pleasant. That’s why I went from a one star to a five star. The device easily pairs and has good range in my opinion.Remember: the seller is always on your side. Just communicate nicely.

This is some great sound deadening mat at a great price. It is very easy to install and I like the diamond ridges so you know when it is all pressed down correctly. It is very sticky but not overly so, so if you need to remove it and adhere it again you can as long as you dont roll it down. I used this without a roller, and used my finger because I could not get a roller into the tight spaces. I would say get more than you need because you can use a lot. I did the entire Jeep Wrangler with what I had all four speakers. If you have a subwoofer you may need a little more.The price on this is great for the value, and it cuts very easily to fit whatever space you have. Its heavy duty but can rup easy if you dont wrap it in every nook and cranny.

Great sound at a reasonable price
The quality of the Oontz Angle 3 bluetooth speaker was immediately apparent, compared to an older bluetooth speaker I was replacing. The sound is crisp and bass tones come across without distracting vibration. The Oontz connected easily with my phone, ipad, and laptop. I like the portability, being small enough to carry with me as I move around the house. While music sounds great through the Oontz, it also projects voices with a deep richness. I often listen to audible books and the difference was amazing when I switched to the Oontz. While comparative statements like this reflect somewhat on the poorer quality of my previous bluetooth, I think the Oontz Angle 3 provides great sound at a reasonable price that should satisfy most listeners. My one complaint is that the speaker does not have an indicator that shows remaining battery life so it's likely to die at unexpected times.

Good Bluetooth product
This is a good product. Easy to operate.Pros: decent sound quality.Good connectivity for the priceCons: Product is a little flimsy and light weight. Very vulnerable to breakup with the slightest stress. The volume controls is not accessible easily. They should be where the power on/off button is located. When you have it plugged into your ears, it is hard to operate and sometimes you miss the call before you fumble and press the right button.For the price, it is not a bad choice.There is also this bonus. There is a scratch ticket. If you are lucky you win a price: a second product for free. I liked that when I got lucky. I was sent a second unit for free. When I scratched the ticket again, I won the first prize again: another free unit. Not sure if they will honor the winning price on a free product again. Should I try and submit claim for another unit? Please suggest a crowd sourced suggestion. Thanks,
