Excellent portable stabilized camera
The Feiyu Tech Pocket 2 is an excellent handheld stabilized camera, and I absolutely love it! Prior to getting the Pocket 2 I had experience with several different cameras, including the first generation of the DJI Pocket and DJI Osmo Action, plus a few other ones, but I think by far the Pocket 2 by Feiyu Tech is the best of them all. There are a lot of positives to be discussed about this gimbal camera and only a few negatives to be mentioned, but before that a few quick words about the packing and presentation. The Pocket 2 comes in a great retail package, very solid and protective, with images of the product and some of the technical specs outlined as well, inside the box, you have the camera, a good printed in English user manual, perfect carrying case, charging cable USB-A to USB-C and a wrist strap.Positives:- Compact, yet packed with features and functionality - The camera weighs only 127 grams, it can be packed in anything, including most pockets, which is exactly the whole purpose of it, to be carried in a pocket and use it whenever needed with a quickness. Despite the small body, the Pocket 2 can film in 4K while stabilizing the footage too.- All metal body - Very solid construction, there is nothing that feels cheap with this one, no plastics or thin materials used here, very well put together.- Built in microphone and speaker - The camera is ready to record not only video but stereo sound as well and the footage can be reviewed on the screen and you can hear the sound on the built in speaker.- External microphone capability - This is one of my favorite features actually, for a better sound quality it is always recommended to use a higher quality external microphone. I even tested it with a wireless external microphone and it worked great.- 3 Axis stabilization - The 3 axis gimbal is flawless, it is helping to stabilize the image footage even in extreme situations when running, jogging or playing some sports.- Up to 512GB MIcro SD card support - The card I am using is 256 GB, but double that size is supported as well and all that storage translates to 9 hours with the maximum quality of 4K at 60 frames or 20 hours with 1080P at 60 Frames.- 1.3 Inch touch screen - Big enough and bright screen with touch functionality and most of the options and menus are done using the touch screen.- 130 degree wide view, 1/2.3 Cmos sensor, video, time-lapse, slow motion video, single Shot, panorama, motion lapse, hyper lapse, and face tracking options.- 875mAh battery with fast charging - It takes about an hour and twenty minutes to change the battery and a little over two hours to drain it while filming in 4K 60FPS.- Built in quarter inch thread on the bottom for attaching tripods, arms and other extensions.- Magnetic base, allowing the camera to be easily attached to any metal surface that can accomodate magnets.- No need to install apps on smartphones or tablets to control the camera, although it is possible, not necessary.- Super quiet motor operation, you can barely hear the stabilizer and the camera moving.- Thumb joystick control, very easy and convenient to navigate and control the camera without having to use multiple controls.Negatives:- The image quality is still not perfect, especially in dark environment situations, I wish that they did some more tuning to deliver a crispier image.- The battery life could be better, I know that in order to keep the small size the battery can't really be too big, but it is wishful thinking. Also the battery is not replaceable.- Digital zoom, not as useful as optical zoom, naturally the image quality degrades if you are using it.- Still images only at 12MP, kind of low considering that a lot of smart phones do 64 and even 128MP images nowadays.- No water resistance of any kind, without an additional protective case.- Still pretty expensive at $369 and at this price is even more expensive compared to its biggest competitor the DJI Pocket 2.Overall, a great little camera by FeiyuTech that is packed with features and offers plenty of functionality for videographers, photographers, bloggers and other filming enthusiasts.

Easy to use right out of the box, a great choice

Our video compares the wireless mics (both with the built-in mic and an included lav mic) with a phone mic, respectively in the first couple of minutes then in the rest. Overall, this set seems great.I didn't adjust the gain at all and my assistant/model using the built-in mic is on the louder side, so I did get some clipping. I can't blame that on the mic, but on my lack of monitoring her before the video. I don't plan to use the built-in mic in the future unless I have to. No need, since two lav mics are included with the two-transmitter set.You can roughly monitor the levels with the displays on the transmitters and receivers. That might actually be enough for most purposes, so you don't have to take headphones with you when you're on the go.The noise floor is there, but acceptable. It's not at a level non-audio people would notice, and it's low enough that it doesn't bother me for the purpose.I was surprised during playback that the audio didn't cut out when the receiver went around the corner of our house. My more expensive set cut out right away when I lost line of sight. I don't have multiple test cases to verify anything about the reliability of this passthrough signal persistence, but it gives me confidence that small objects can pass between transmitter and receiver without a problem.I balanced my mobile gimbal exceptionally well this time. Often, it whirrs and you could hear that if using the phone's mic. Using the wireless system avoids that (as well as allowing you to keep picking up great, level audio from a subject at varying distances from the camera).Details I don't think are in the video:• Easy, automatic pairing with preferred default settings• Headphone port for live (and non-live) monitoring• Relatively small and lightweight• Receiver and mic sets have clips that can either fit in a hot/cold shoe or clamp onto a mobile phone (good if you're using a mobile gimbal without a cold shoe)I'm happy with this set.

Legitimate 5-Star Product; read and see why
First things first, I am a professional photographer (ALL of my income comes from my photography). I rely on my tools to function when I call on them to. I bought this as a supplement to my 430 EXII's, and intended on using this as an on-camera master to trigger the 430's as remote slaves. For this, the flash has worked perfectly. If you know how these systems function (i.e. This is line-of-sight, not a radio-trigger), and set up your lighting accordingly, the flash functions flawlessly. I've used this on 2 shoots in the first 3 days of having it and it's made my life easier and my lighting set-ups more versatile. I'm looking to get a speed ring to test this mounted onto a light stand and shoot with a soft box or beauty dish, just to compare it to set-ups more similar to Alien Bees. This has a portability advantage vs. AB's though, seeing as it's lightweight, easy to store and more importantly, battery powered. As to the battery aspect, this recharges far quicker than I expected it to. In fact, i swapped out the expensive Lithium Extreme batteries (that I bought for $2 a battery) and started using cheap Costco AA's on the second day because this recharged so quickly. I'm not an electrical engineer, but I didn't notice much difference in performance between the two and I was shooting for an hour and a half at 1/4-1/2 power the entire time.In conclusion, if I had to make a complaint, it would be that the + and - buttons feel reversed to me (the '+' is on the left, '-' on the right; it's counter-intuitive) and the zoom button is a progressive step (24-28-35-50-70-85-105) and not a single 'push and select' that then takes + & - inputs. So my two complaints are based on the fact that the Canon menu system is superior, but the flash head itself has taken every task I've asked it to and run with it.I'm considering selling my 430's and picking up a few more of these, simply because of the power, portability, versatility and price of these units. If you're looking for a less-expensive (I won't say "cheap", it's still $250) alternative to the like-branded flashes, I'd highly recommend this unit in a heartbeat.

Ottima action cam

Buon prodotto, ottimo prezzo e dotazione invidiabi

Top quality height adjustable phone stand
As usual, the package arrived very quickly from Amazon. This Lamicall Phone Stand arrived really well packed in plastic bags, packed in plastic foam inside a sturdy box. Also inside the box is a User Manual. When I opened the box and saw the stand was really well packed, this was a very good start. The stand arrived in two pieces, and it was just a matter of pushing the metal post onto the base, the base is a little heavy and looks plastic, but I think it is just the cover of the base as it is too heavy to just be made of plastic, so I think there may be metal inside the base to weigh it down. The phone holder itself is made of plastic with a rubber/silicone pad on the back and rests where the phone leans and sits on for protection. There are rubber pads on the underneath of the base to stop it slipping. There is a button on the horizontal bar that you press in, so the holder slides up and down the post easily.I have a few tablet and phone stands, the reason I wanted this one is for the height adjustment, and I must say it is brilliant, I have my phone next to my laptop on my desk, normally I would have to point my head downwards to see my phone, but with this Lamicall height adjustable stand I don’t have to anymore, I just turn my head to the right and it is at eye level. This is also great for video calls as the camera is now level with my head, I can now look straight ahead and the other person doesn’t have a picture of me looking down. This stand comfortably holds my 6.6 inch screen phone in both landscape and portrait, my phone is in a case and it accommodates it with no problem. The build quality of this phone stand is brilliant, I now use it all the time and it sits next to my laptop on my desk, I chose the black one as it goes nicely with my black desk.If like me you want a good quality phone stand with height adjustment, in my opinion you need look no further.I hope you have found this review and photos helpful.

Almost Perfect Waterproof Hard Case
I love using cases like this for things like my photography gear, HAM radios, etc., so I'm always on the lookout for a good deal on a good case. So, when I saw this one, and saw the price, I wanted to try it to see how the quality was. I wasn't disappointed. This case is roughly 18"x"13.5"x7", meaning it's large enough to be used to hold a laptop! I will likely use it for camera gear. I use these cases when traveling because I prefer hard cases to padded cases because they seem to do a better job of protecting sensitive electronics from drops, plus these cases are waterproof, so rain isn't an issue. The Good:This case is large. A name-brand case this size is about double the price, so being cost-conscious, I am impressed by the quality at this price point. The pick-and-pluck foam included makes this very flexible. Some off brand cases only come with 'egg crate' foam that you have to cut manually to customize. The air valve lets you adjust the air pressure. Many off brands don't include these. The latches are tight, but fairly easy to latch and unlatch. The 'Bad'The plastic that's used seems to be less rigid than some other brands I have used. I'm not sure if this is an issue, really, but only time will tell. The plastic flexes a little bit, which might be good in case of a drop, but again, I'll see.The lock holes are small. Too small for a decently-sized padlock. Only cheap small locks fit without modifying the hole size. Also, although pictured on the website, there are no metal protectors on it to prevent someone from just breaking the plastic to remove the lock(s). You can easily add something yourself, but it would have been nice if this had been included from the factory. I will likely add something myself for additional security.Overall, this is a pretty solid product that could be a 5 star product with very little effort by the manufacturer. At this price, even with these minor issues, it's a win.

Awesome - Make lighting a breeze
I'm taking a lot of pictures of products these days, and needed a quicker way to bathe products in light from all directions to help with getting the camera to focus on fine details. This photo box was an obvious way to get this done, and I am very happy with it.It comes with a carry case, and the background sheets are not folded, but wrapped around the outside of the folded box within that carry - this avoids creases in the backgrounds that other Photo Boxes have issues with. The color choices are great, though honestly I would have preferred more shades of grey. I use white the most (almost exclusively). I wish the sides could be covered too, but the price is right for what you get. The background sheets are a little easy to mark up, but I suppose any glossy construction paper could be used. They tuck into an elastic band at the top of the back panel to hold the back wall up.The lights have three different color temperatures, and several brightness adjustments that get very very bright on the highest setting. I prefer 5000k at the maximum brightness. The LED ring at the top doesn't get very hot, staying under 100 degrees F near where the power cord runs to it, so I expect this to last a fair many years before needing to replace. It also doesn't get very hot on top, so I don't see why you couldn't keep light stuff stacked on top if you wanted to. You have to re-select your color and brightness every once in a while; I'm not sure what triggers it to forget your last setting. No big deal for me.The power and control cable is pretty long, and extends 32.5 inches from the box to the control switch, then another 38 inches from the control switch to the end of the USB plug. This is plenty long enough for my use.The top photo port is nice, but I don't see myself using it much, at least for now. Using an iPhone 12 Mini, it shows the sides when taking a photo from the outside of the top.Overall, I highly recommend this for those struggling to get good lighting on small objects. This has sped up my photography for reviews significantly, and I would purchase this brand again if they made an even larger photo box.

A winner for Robert Altman
Depending on whom you ask, legendary director Robert Altman is either a fool or a genius. His fifty year career includes prominence in the early days of TV with his direction of dozens of hit series such as "Alfred Hitchcock Presents", "Maverick", and "Bonanza". His filmmaking credits include "M.A.S.H." and "The Player", both critically acclaimed. His mercurial style of filmmaking is probably a rebellion from the highly structured approach imposed upon him by early TV.The direction of his recent films can only be described as chaotic, with a cacophony of actors speaking over one another, and moving hither and yon as the camera sweeps from one side of the room to the other attempting to home in on the dialogue of particular characters. Altman himself admits that he doesn't even read the script and really isn't concerned with what the actors say, as long as things sound right to him when they come out of their mouths. He encourages ad-libbing and the more disordered the scene, the better he generally likes it. Often, this produces utter disasters, like "Dr. T and the Women" and "Gun". Sometimes it produces a gem like "Gosford Park".As a murder mystery, Gosford Park is not all that special. It is fairly predictable with obvious hints dropped at every turn as to who did it and why. As is the case in most of Altman's recent films, it is difficult to make out a lot of the dialogue with the din on the soundstage of everyone talking at once. However, what makes this film unique is the treatment of the human dynamic between the aristocracy and the servants. While lampooning the wealthy by contrasting their behavior with the simple wisdom of commoners is nothing new, never has it been done with such depth and nuance. Altman's flowing direction of simultaneous events is probably the only way this could have been accomplished so effectively. The all-star ensemble cast is superlative. Maggie Smith, Kristin Scott Thomas, and Jeremy Northam all give fabulous performances upstairs, and Kelly Macdonald, Clive Owen, Helen Mirren, Emily Watson and Alan Bates are marvelous downstairs. For film lovers who enjoy good acting, this film is paradise.Genius or fool? Who knows, maybe both. However for Robert Altman, this film is clearly a winner. I rated it 9/10.
