DVD is the only way to see Gosford Park
The only way to appreciate this movie is to see it several times. When I first saw Gosford Park, I liked it in a general way but I left the theatre confused. Apart from the magnificent performances by Maggie Smith (who is a national treasure)and Helen Mirren (who just gets better and better) I had a hard time following all that was going on. Look, there's the once beautiful Alan Bates. Oh, there's Derek Jacobi; why is his part so small? Wait a minute, isn't that Charles Dance from "A Jewel in the Crown?" Clive Owens? Didn't he play the ape child of Charles Dance in some Masterpiece Theatre years ago? My oh my isn't that Jeremy Northam charming? It was one dizzying moment of recognition after another and not much more. Thanks to Julian Fellowes narration in the DVD, now I get it. It's a rich tapestry of a way of life to which all of us might aspire except it's gone for good and good riddance!

Great Noise Machine, Buttons Are Hard to See
We love this noise machine. We use it for our baby and it's great that it is portable. The battery last about 4-5 hours so it's not an overnight option if it's not plugged in.The only thing I would change is that the buttons are really hare to see. They don't light up, they kinda all look the same, and they don't have any texture to them. Trying to figure out which button does what in the middle of the night is virtually impossible.Other than that, we are happy with it. It has very little sound options (not a huge menu to chose from) which we don't really even need.

What a great story! It is especially moving to see the creation of music when it is given an uninhibited venue. You can see, hear and feel each musicians greatness. David Grohl really did an amazing job.

See suggested solutions in my review - Accommodate
I have used it only minimally and after reading some of the 1 and 2 star reviews, I know what to be cautious of. So far, though, I like using it with my new Pixel phone. It holds the weight of that device well and I've had no problems.Reviewers have said the handle is weak. If either the threaded portion or the sliding handle itself breaks off, it should be replaceable with a bolt of similar size from Home Depot. Some have mentioned the ball joint getting loose. I haven't had problems yet, so could be the weight of the device being used. When mines arrived, I noticed the chrome bolt between the clamp and the ball joint was loose. I didn't think this needed to be since movement occurs at the ball joint clamp. I used Loctite Red to hold this chrome bolt in place permanently.

Awesome product. Was shocked to see a travel version was created by Marpac. Have been the owner of a Marpac Sleepmate since 2011 which just recently made clicking noises. Purchased a Rohm to get me through the nights while my Sleepmate went to Marpac to be fixed/serviced for $25 since it was way out of warranty. The Rohm worked awesome and I will keep it for travel. Got my Sleepmate back in 3 days from Marpac and it is good as new. Looks like they totally serviced it and even replaced the power cord and other parts of it. It sounds awesome and good as new now! They have made me a Marpac supporter for life.Their customer service is top notch. If you are having an issue with your Dohm, Rohm or other product from Marpac, send it to Marpac directly and they will make you happy like I am.
