Interesting device
Product did not work out of the box. Tried to contact customer support but apparently I'm being ignored. First truly disappointing purchase via Amazon.

Five out of six swtches work great.
I love almost everything about the six TP-LINK switches I bought. Easy to install. Effortless to link to Alexa; Alexa detects the swicth. It is easy to have switches linked. With no added in-wall wiring I Can now turn on my kitchen light with two switches, one connected to the light and the other connected only by wifi to the first switch. My only complaint is that one of the six swtches was faulty. It would toggle on or off by itself at random times. Tech support offered things to try to make it work, but never conceded it was just a bad switch.

Highly recommend
Use every day at work. I love how comfortable they are and the battery life is excellent. I’ve bought a pair for my girlfriend and my mom. Can’t recommend enough. The case is rather easy to open, and sometimes the headphones pop out when you drop the case, but otherwise a fantastic product.

Work well, but sometimes hard to figure out
I love the volume and sound quality. I like the charging system also. I plan on buying anothere pair.

Daughter loves them
My daughter LOVES these headphones. She wears them out every 6 months or so. The only kind she will use.

Wow!
The sheer number of positive review and low price point led me to suspect Sephia may be playing games with reviews. I was wrong! The headphones are excellent quality (I work in media and know quite a bit about audio quality). Packaging rivaled that of an Apple product. Also surprising, the company is out of the UK - not China as I expected. Should go for 3-4 times as much!

4 out of 5 doesn't work with smart plugs
The only reason I didn't give is 5 is because it doesn't work with smart plugs at least not a Kasa. It is easy to put together and has three settings that work really well. Excellent light as far as coverage. It doesn't stand "perfectly" straight on carpet but considering how small and sleek it is its impressive that its even close. the base is plenty heavy. All and all well done
