**UPDATE: They made it right! I’m pleased with their customer service and how they sprung into action! Great product! Excellent customer service!**It was great…until it wasn’t.Had it for a couple of months and then: IT BROKE!The part that holds the phone & connects to the “ball” of the armed part…( I don’t know how to explain it. Look at the photos.Fell off in my hand
