Very nice shine

good qulity lamp
My son uses it in his college dorm room. He said it works great. Best part is he can vary the light intensity and lower it when his roommate is asleep.

Good for the price, durability may vary
The sound quality of this is really good. idk about noise cancelation, but it does drown out the sound when playing something. Sadly the product stopped working for me after nearly 2 years of normal use, but it did deliver on its promise of good quality. I would highly recommend this product, but your mileage may vary.

Installed it myself on my samsung laptop
It is quite easy to install. But you have to look out for videos on youtube for the laptop under consideration which needs disk replacement. The difficulty may vary depending on the laptop brand.

Gets the job done
Does the job. However, absorption is a very individual thing. So yours will vary from everyone else. Had not caused any digestive issues. I take this with my evening meal.
