This is the first time I shop on Amazon. It just coincides with the Black Friday shopping festival. The store and the seller gave a very big discount. This ACTON 2 has been used for nearly a month and a half. It is indeed a very good product. The sound is round and full, very grateful!

It's great but clearly not new
Bought a "new" one but when it came it was already open, amazon gave me a discount so it's alright but the stand itself is great if you don't like the high-profile ones.

KEURIG Warrenties
I purchased new machine from Amazon and had a descale problem called Keurig bad unit when i gave them the serial # they told me out of warrantees it was 2 years old this is what amazon sent me several weeks ago Keurig would supply me a new unit at25% discount and amazon said it was past due for return after long talk have to return unit to Amazon for some refund and re order another at higher cost be careful of product age when buying NEW
