Good quality for the price.
Purchased it for my brother in law and he loves it. The only downside is that the wife synch doesn't seem to work.

Sound is fine, but remote doesn't work.
Remote only works when held 1-2 inches infront of the sound bar. Batteries are fully charged. Very frustrating, wish I could replace the remote.

Cool
The product was great! But it broke and I’m unsure on how to fix it, no matter the buttons I press on the remote the red doesn’t work and it flashes weirdly. It just doesn’t work the way it used to.

Great buy
Wow it keeps my phone in place when driving. Surface doesn't have to be flat in order for it to work.

Doesn't work on all vents - 2013 Chrysler 300
This seems like a really great product and I was very hopeful that it would hold my phone and not block my AC, which in AZ is mandatory you get the maximum amount of air flow possible in the Summer. Unfortunately, the metal clip that should connect to the vent is not long enough to clip to my vent. I'm considering trying the suction cup before returning, but I hate anything on my windshield and my dash is textured, so I don't know if it would work for that.

Great for Xbox, doesn't work in Win10
Primary reason for purchase was for Xbox Series X, and that works very well. There was some loss of sound very very rarely, due to Bluetooth issues... Until I updated firmware. The problem started with Windows10. The user manual for the Kaira Pro says to buy an accessory, 'Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10', to allow the headset to sync with your PC. After making that $25 purchase... It simply doesn't work. I tried searching the web for answers and posted onto the Razer forums (no response). Razer pushed me to buy a worthless Microsoft adapter... While the only reason the adapter exists is because it's a Microsoft money grab (they disable normal Bluetooth functionality for any non-MS approved headset/controller). Now I know why this one costs a bit less than high-end gaming headsets.

Last 4 buttons on remote doesn’t work
Was excited for this , got it for a really good price ! However last 4 buttons on remote doesn’t work ,, will be returning it
