Just now using it but so far: very comfortable, connection is stable and range is good. The volume could be a little more but so far adequate. I used it turned all the way up. All the way up is not bad and I can hear it well but it might be nice for the person with slightly impaired hearing or for use in a noisy environment to have a little extra volume. It is much more comfortable than my last earpiece. You barely notice that it's on. It stays securely on the ear and is very light. It connects easily and seems very stable ( no cutting in and out). The range is better than my last earpiece. I can put the phone in a back room and it works perfectly through a straight line distance of about 50" and through several walls. The quality of the sound is fine. It doesn't sound much different than the phone without it and I'm told that it sounds the same on the other end. Can't comment on battery life yet. With the charging case and the quality of the unit so far seems a very good value and I like it

It's very comfortable especially when you are using it every day.

Comfortable
I bought this for use in my desk chair for work. It supports my feet and lower back and makes sitting more enjoyable and relaxing. The foot rest is firm enough to not squish down when you put your feet on it, but soft enough to be very comfortable.

I like these because they are fairly comfortable and they make sure I'm not constantly putting my earbuds back in my ears while I run. I ran with these in during a 10K this summer and they were comfortable, fair (not super, but good enough) sound quality and they stayed on my ears so I didn't have to fiddle with them.

Comfortable
I bought this for my daughter to not only game, but for online schooling because standard earbuds were hurting her ears. She absolutely loves them and says they are very comfortable
