Strong.
Extremely well made sturdy tripod, bought for my camera and the different lenses especially my tamron 150-600mm lens which is fairly heavy. My old tripod was finding it abit difficult but this is solid. It's lightweight but stong and can be used as a monopod......fantastic peice of kit

Great value for money
if there was a best deal on amazon contest for best bundle set, this would be the winner for sure! 50 piece set for all the go pro accessories I could ever want or need. The mounts are stable and all the pieces fit securely.
