Very Versatile if you read the manual
The V50 Elite is being used to do videos of trails for a land trust by members and students as well as student activities and student performed tutorials. Did filming some during snow and rain and it worked well. I've used GoPro's but wanted something less expensive for students to use. It is giving results that seem as good as the GoPro. There are so many options that you must thoroughly read the manual. If you are using image stabilization be sure to set the recommended settings. I'm getting about 45 minutes per battery so I ordered more batteries but if you are using it outside the waterproof case there is a mode where you can connect to a battery pack. If you are getting batteries get them from Akaso as the V50 takes special batteries not the ones on Amazon.
