Satisifed with customer service
I experimented with this diffusion filter. It softens the shadows. I can see where this filter would be useful for portraits. I don't have as many uses for it, but it was fun to experiment with. I had never tried magnetic filters. The package came with an adapter ring, the filter and a cover for the filter It was easy to install the ring, filter and cover. They stayed in place and when I was not using the filter, I could easily remove it to shoot.
The issue was with the adapter ring. I could not remove it nor could anyone else. I even used a rubber jar opener pad. So I contacted customer service. They worked with me, but nothing I did could budge the adapter ring. Because this prevented me from putting my own CPL filter back on, the company sent me a magnetic cpl filter for my troubles. Top notch customer service!

Product arrived timely and well-packaged. The entire process from ordering to receiving was seamless. Waiting until Christmas to give to my 9-year-old grandson who'll be pleasantly surprised since he likes posting You Tube videos. Purchased an additional accessories kit as well.
