I Have been using this camara for skateboarding videos, hiking, wakeboarding and underwater diving. I have had super good experience with this camara, the best action cam I have had. Great product, great quality of material, specially happy with the battery compartment which is very sturdy. The picture & video quality is amazing, probably the best feature is the image stabilization which actually works super good, specially for skateboarding on shaky grounds. battery life is long and charges fast. accessories are handy and fit well to the cam. Touch screen works great and accurate, the screen tends to stay with fingerprints if hands are dirty. The HDMI input is also handy if you have a mic. Great camara for great price and I'm a very happy costumer.

I bought this unit about a week ago thinking that it would be a good value for the price. I also purchased a Samsung 128GB SD card since I saw that the 64 GB card was recommended figuring more memory is better. Everything seemed to work ok except for that it wouldn't record video. It looks like it's recording but there's no file to playback. After messing around with it for a week I saw in the instructions that it says a max 64 GB card is needed. So, I ordered one of those. It just arrived and I formatted the card. Same thing happened, it looks like it's recording but it won't record or play back (the video thumbnail also says the time stamp is 0.00.The unit came with two batteries. One wasn't working when the unit arrived. I emailed customer service and they responded within a day that they would send me a new battery. Bad that it didn't work, but they responded quickly and fixed it so I was happy with that. I considered giving two stars since they were responsive but I can't give more than one star if the unit doesn't record video.On Saturday I emailed customer service to let them know that the unit wasn't recording. On Tuesday night at 10pm I received a response to try a 64 GB card (I had already ordered the card). The card arrived today and it didn't record so I emailed them an hour ago and haven't gotten a response. I decided to call the customer service number and waited on hold for a while until the automated message said that I could email customer service or leave a message and my call would be returned. There wasn't an option to continue holding and I don't want my call to be returned because I have meetings later today. The automated message hung up on me so I took the time to write this review after that.Other than not recording, this unit is great.Update:I revised my rating from 1 star to 3 stars since customer service got back to me and they are replacing the unit and has offered an accessory pack for my trouble. I did request that the new unit get sent overnight but it won't be here for a few days which isn't too big of an issue but I'd really like to start using it sooner than later. The customer service rep that I've been in contact with has been very helpful.2nd Update:Customer Service replaced the unit that didn't record and sent me the shipping label to return the old unit. The service rep was helpful though the process was a bit slower than I would have liked. In addition to sending me a new unit the service rep was kind enough to send a bundle of extra accessories for my troubles. The new unit seems to work just fine. I may revise the number of stars but the 4 stars is for the customer service. I won't give it 5 stars until I actually use the unit and see how it records. Overall, the unit seems pretty good at this point though having an external mic option would be the one upgrade that I would like to see. However, for the price I can do without the external mic.
