Amazing quality
Very strong and not too heavy. I would advise to jump up to the carbon fiber mount if you want a super light weight tripod. Looks expensive and performs like an expensive tripod mount. Top quality and worth the purchase mount.

Customer service is top notch!
I received a bad V50 and it gave me trouble from the start, an akaso representative reached out to me to make it right, They sent me an akaso v50 pro and everything works as it should. Video quality is pretty close to my GoPro hero 5 black at both 4K 30fps and 1080p 60fps. the user interface isn’t my favorite but it’s pretty easy to navigate. The v50 pro paired right to my iPhone XS with no problems, Their app iSmart pro+ Also worked with My phone with no issues, I was able to download the videos right to my phone and watch them. If I remember right they came in as .MOV files. It came with lots of accessories and I am very pleased with my unit. If I was looking to buy another unit in the future I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Akaso unit.
