Great for video!
Works surprisingly well. I use it for shooting video with the aperture wide open. It works great for a wide angle lens, but gets a little soft when you use a telephoto lens. I don't see any problems with vignetting.

I'm a wedding filmmaker who prefers shooting hand held or on a gimbal, but I was starting to find myself in absolute pain at the end of the wedding days. I decided to start shooting ceremonies on a monopod, but I was tired of my cheap $40 plastic one and looking to upgrade. This one caught my eye, and I'm so glad it did. The build is sturdy and well made, the conversion from tripod to monopod is super useful (although I will note, not quick). The head is pretty good, with smooth motion and springs that always push it back to center when loose. Overall, it is way cheaper than competitors while having all the features I'm looking for.

Excellent Mobile Phone holder for photo/video
After trying several tripod holders for my iPhone (with slim case) for photo and video shooting, this model is the best I've used so far. It is well made with metal materials, easy to adjust and tightens well, with spring loading grip for phone that seems very secure. I attach a 50 mm arca-swiss base plate to allow fast switching to different tripods, monopod, and mini tripod. Highly recommend.
